This stunning guest house was just built in January 2023. The exterior matches the front house which was built in 1920. The interior is fully updated with all the perks of today's best design style. Wood beams line the vaulted ceilings making the space feel light and airy. You'll enjoy your stay with all brand new amenities, including professional grade kitchen appliances and custom range hood. Lots of natural light throughout the space with a skylight in the kitchen. You will sleep great with the super comfy upgraded mattresses and beddings. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds. There are Samsung Frame TVs in both bedrooms and living room with Netflix, Hulu, Cable and Apple TV included. In unit washer and dryer. Private balcony and patio area with exterior storage closet for suitcases, bikes, etc. Hot tub in backyard can be used by guests.This area of Long Beach is super cute, the neighborhood is historic so there are many century old houses that have been maintained and restored. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Farmers market at the park is a 4 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants, shops and the Art theater on Retro Row are 5 minutes away. So much to do within a few blocks!
