Airport Shuttle service does not work. Waited almost an hour and a half at LAX in the cold , wind and rain. The service desk kept telling me the driver would be there in ten minutes. They will tell you there is no set schedule. For a hotel listed as an airport hotel, the shuttle is a necessity. The failure is unacceptable. The shuttle is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The room door key card did not work each time we tried to enter. The water pressure in the shower is poor On the positive side, the room, while dated, was clean and comfortable and quiet. I would not book this hotel again.

Lobby was good. Room had issues. Carpet was old and dirty. Wall paper was pulling loose at the seams. Tv table / desk had what appeared to be water damage to the particle board. Toilet seat was coming off. I informed the staff and they said these are common issues that they are working on.

The room was very ordinary.... simple and bare bones. For one night it was ok.....but really needed a good sleep and definitely was NOT.. There was so much noise from slamming doors, banging luggage and corridor chatter...not to mention the sound of trucks and bus /delivery transports at all hours of the night. So..so .. bad. !!!!
