It was convenient to LAX, but their shuttle took nearly an hour to pick us up on a cold, breezy day. Their restaurant was good, but the choices were very limited. We will most likely use a different hotel next time we have an early flight.

Great place, would love to stay again.

By far the nicest and most helpful staff I encountered in LA area. Got me checked me into room extra early at no extra cost. All I wanted was them to hold luggage for a few hours while I went out and about before check in time. They went ahead and got me in a room very early. Joe at concierge desk is nicest guy in LA. Great view

Convenient location for fast food, gas shop, thai food, and Starbucks. The Free Shuttle service is convenient. Lobby is wide and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Worth re-booking.

I ordered a premium room with two queen size beds and was given a regular room with a twin size bed and a queen size bed and it was a handicap room. The only reason I stayed was because it was after Rolling Loud and we were very tired. I want my money back
