The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites, Los Angeles

Nice hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. It was in a good location downtown, right around the corner from the OUE airspace, which i also visited.

Only negative thing is the parking fee is too high..at least for the hotel guests.

Food court restaurant had mediocre food. Rooms service breakfast was good, way too expensive.

Our room at the Westin was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We arrived to a clean, white room with a comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom was small but clean and beautiful. Also, the hotel accommodated us by storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out. They even let us have a later check-out time.

The entire staff was very accomodating. I guess the room floors are older than I anticipated and could have used a bit of updating. I just expected a little better quality room accomodations for the money. There was a little musty smell from the carpet. The beds were comfortable and things were clean just could have been better.

Dirty, old rooms. Bed sheets had at least 2 stains.

It was very lovely. A bit overpriced for what you get.

Concierge staff was very helpful in pointing us to local spots to explore and dine. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Views from the room were amazing!

Waking distance to Staples Center if you don't mind walking in town but seemed safe.

I loved this hotel! The staff was very nice and helpful, the grounds were clean, I loved the pool, and it was very conveniently located for everything.

We always enjoy staying here ... this was our 3rd visit. The rooms are on the small side but exceptionally clean and comfy with great views. The public areas are wonderful and allow you to be out of the room and lounge many different in comfortable areas. There is great wifi for working/keeping up: both in the rooms and lounges. Best of all is the location - for work or play the area is absolutely the best you can find in LA-proper.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was excellent, room was a little small, but clean, excellent views.... Steak house on the top floor of the hotel, LA Prime was beautiful restaurant with great views but food left something to be desired. overall this hotel is excellent, you should enjoy your stay.

I choose this hotel because it's a Westin, and my previous experience with other locations have been great. The location was good since the staples center would be one of my stops while in town. The hotel is over 30 mins from LAX, the cost of the room was high for the small space you got, I stayed on the 29th floor in the yellow towers the view was nice but the carpet was not vacuum the TV is tiny and there room services prices are outrageous, they charge for the food $4.50 for delivery 19 service charge plus taxes that's greedy. The staff were pleasant the restaurants, bars and shops were convenient you didn't have to go out much. Would I stay here again probably not for the $589 I paid for 3 nights I expected more.

The Westin Bonaventure is a great place to stay. It's right in the heart of downtown so it's easy to get to wherever you want to go in L.A.

Staff was amazing! Asked for room with a view got one. Could see Hollywood sign and observatory and bed was heaven on earth. You need to stay here.

I was in town for my brother's wedding. He blocked rooms at the Marriott by LAX, but the only hotels I sleep well in are Grand Hyatts and Westins. Upon arrival, the valets were very nice and welcoming as we're the front desk personnel. The first room I was assigned reeked of smoke so I called down for a replacement. A bellman arrived with keycards for a new room within ten minutes. The only complaint I have is the elevators in our section were out of service a large part of the day so I had to walk to another section when leaving and returning. But the valets had my car waiting when I was ready to venture out and they gave great directions. Overall, it was another successful heavenly bed system stay.

Great views and everything is walking distance. Staff was friendly

The Westin is in a great location. It is very clean and comfy. I liked the bar area and breakfast/restaurant spot.

In town for a conference at the convention center. Very nice hotel. Navigating the different floors took me a few days. A good 15-20 minute walk to the convention was a little inconvenient, but hobbits deal. Overall, I am satisfied...

had great time. the food was good. room service was great.
