Room was filthy. Bed lumpy. Service very sliw.

The staff is friendly the amenities are abysmal. The pool is basic. The restaurant choices are limited and the items were limeted within the restaurant. The A/C made noise all night you could not sleep. I know its COVID and there are limitations but there were no cleaning the lobby tables (that guest ate at) between guest or ever. The hotel was booked for USC graduation and only had 1 restaurant to service all their guests the morning of graduation and they actually shut down the 1 restaurant to a private party, leaving the guests without any dinning options other than the startbucks that charged $16 for a microwaved egg sandwhich. For a 4 star hotel it was not a 4 star expreience. Although the management was good to me when I expressed my concerns and I greatly appreciated that, there were many other guests got the less than par experience.

I didn't like the cost of parking nor the option to self park which would have offered a cheaper rate

I forgot my toiletries bag in the room and when I called they said they didn’t find anything. Not good from their employees.

Looked the valet parking. The price was only $50 per night. They did fast work, never waited over 3min for my vehicle.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. I believe the hotel staff did really well even in the midst of COVID.

The only thing I appreciated was the views from my room

It’s was great until my last night and they turn ALL the elevators off!!! Had to wait 20 minutes to get to the 16th floor clearly wasn’t thought out well

I loved the elevators and the view! Nothing bad to say. Hate much was closed due to covid
