Enjoyed staying here. We attended 2 tapings of a show that was 3 blocks away. The dining and drink options were good. The rooms were comfortable with stunning downtown views. Travel to and from LAX was around 30 minutes each way during non rush hour traffic conditions.
My stay was very confortable
I really enjoyed this property. It's very nice.
We booked it because it's dog friendly and closed to the event we needed to attend on Saturday 2/11/23. Although we're a surprised as it seems have gone down hill since we've stayed a few years back. Lobby was dark an uninviting & sad, floor seems very dirty and dingy. Getting to the pool area on the 4th floor was confusing, and as we walked around to find it, all the restaurants/shops were closed. It was Saturday afternoon!! The street noise reached up to our room on 19th floor, which is very surprising. I thought you would have double or triple pane windows. Anyway, good thing we didn't have to stay longer than 1 night. I think we'd try other hotels if we ever need to be in downtown LA again.
The air filters need to be changed!
A lot to do with in the hotel & around the area.
I generally like high rise hotels and this is one of my favorites. Would be great if it was upgraded and maybe had a cooler vibe at the lobby bar. It’s bright and there is no music. But still my fav la hotel
Had wonderful experience. $49.00 per night for garage parking is a too much.
The only negative thing was the shelter place next to the hotel.
Everything was wonderful besides the bed. The bed was uncomfortable, featured several lumpy pillows, and the only blanket provided was a nearly, sheet-thin comforter.
I enjoyed my stay here! Nice view of the city and plenty of nice places to take pics. I was a little dissatisfied that my night stand in the room looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in. However, everything else - sheets, and the bathroom were neat and clean. I would stay again for my next visit. I did love that the hotel was close to everything and it wasn’t hard to get a Lyft or Uber in the area.
Quiet and great customer service. Not much to do in the area
