The only negative thing was the shelter place next to the hotel.
Everything was wonderful besides the bed. The bed was uncomfortable, featured several lumpy pillows, and the only blanket provided was a nearly, sheet-thin comforter.
I enjoyed my stay here! Nice view of the city and plenty of nice places to take pics. I was a little dissatisfied that my night stand in the room looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in. However, everything else - sheets, and the bathroom were neat and clean. I would stay again for my next visit. I did love that the hotel was close to everything and it wasn’t hard to get a Lyft or Uber in the area.
Quiet and great customer service. Not much to do in the area
Great property and location in DTLA. If nothing else the architecture is amazing.
I liked the design of the building.
Our stay was good overall. The parking was horrible though if you’re not planning to do valet. We had to park at the public parking the next building over.
High floor, good facilities. My favorite hotel. 1 improvement suggestion would be the shower. The shower head had mediocre pressure and wasnt working optimally.
The customer service and response time to requests from my room was amazing. They followed all safety requirements as well
It was hard to reach the front desk from the hotel room. Twice, a call to the desk went unanswered. I was on the 22nd floor and could still hear the sound of traffic, and on one night there was an all-night party with music blaring.
The hotel is beautiful, I loved the pool.
The check-in process was great. The young lady was on her 3rd consecutive 12-hour shift (after being out of work because of the pandemic) and she was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness-this was disappointing. There was no coffee or water upon check-in and there was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. The carpet looked very dirty and the white duvet sheet was off-white. It just is not normal for a Westin. Room service and hours of operation for dining was a bust, but I'm sure this is COVID related. There were some staff members who were not as friendly, but I'm guessing they too are short-staffed. Also, parking is $50/day with in-and-out capabilities...IF there isn't an event in the area. If there IS an event, you will find yourself searching for parking.
You can hear all the traffic noises all through the night. Valet parking takes a lot of time. Parking has been a challenge.. with long waiting time.
