Horrible service all the way from the parking garage to the cleaning staff. No restaurants open, no cleaning till after 3 days of stay. Took hours to do anything, pool only took reservations for 2 hr incrementa and it was 3-4 people at a time.

Before I booked the hotel, I went on their website to check on their new policies as far as cleaning and social distancing due to COVID. They claimed they would have clean rooms with disinfectant wipes in the rooms, and hand sanitizers in all areas. This was not the case. I did not see ANY of the common areas being cleaned. The room had stains on the towels, on the pillow cases, and on the bath robes. The room itself was not “CDC” clean per their website. They did not reinforce their mask rule to anyone, people still walked around without a mask, people were smoking in the valet garage, while more than 20 people waited for their cars in a small cramped, enclosed area without masks. They did not meet any of the expectations they mapped out on their website to keep their guests safe. The front desk was not very helpful. I was very disappointed. I would never go back.

I have stayed at this hotel before but it hasn't been in a LONG time. Staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean. I loved my view from my room. My notes: There was no more hand sanitizer in the machine that was in the lobby. I had my own but someone should make sure that is filled properly, especially during the pandemic. My big issue: I wish I knew when I booked this, the restaurant in the hotel would be closed and there would be NO room service. Wandering around an unknown area at night, looking for food, while you're hungry isn't fun.

This hotel was horrible!!! We had our rooms switched 3 times!!! Each room had its problems! The last room we had to request new pillows because of a musty odor that all three rooms had!

Fantastic room and view. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever been on

You can’t beat that view of Downtown L.A. it’s a fantastic hotel!

Beautiful property, very clean with great service. Would’ve liked USB ports in the rooms for charging cell phone/electronics.

The rooms were way overpriced I feel like I got ripped off. The basic room in the tower was way too expensive and I could of stay somewhere nicer for the same price. The place is old and needs to be upgraded. It’s just a basic hotel room with really nothing in it. I will not refer or stay there again.

This hotel is one of the cleanest and we'll kept hotels near the Staples Center

Very nice rooms. Little weird having glass elevator stop directly next to my window. At night the well lit elevator casts light like a lighthouse as it passes by. But, very nice rooms.

It’s was clean and beautiful, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Great stay, very nice accommodations, location good for Dodger stadium

Thank you for your feedback Due to current mandates of no dine in restaurants we only have take out or outside seating available at 6 on property restaurants. Pool access is limited as well due to current city mandates. We are sorry that these mandates are disruptive to your stay. We hope to get through this current crisis soon.
