Beautiful property. Had issue with our room's bathroom and front desk staff addressed problem immediately and gave us a new room. New room was nicer and had a larger TV! We always stay here when visiting Burbank. Airport shuttle is a big plus. Housekeeping staff is wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, staff provided attentive service.
