I think they are in the middle of a remodel. The spaces that are done are very nice. The rooms, particularly the bathrooms need help. Excellent coffee downstairs in the cafe!

Had a good time. All I would say is to be a little more attentive when cleaning the rooms because a roach crawled out onto one of the beds. Other than that it was a good time, great breakfast too.

We really wanted to like this hotel because of its location, but it is very outdated. This used to be the Hilton they must sold because of the name. The room furniture is old, the wallpaper is peeling, the drapes did not work, and the bathroom hardware were difficult to use. The walls are thin, you can hear everything. Ice machines were broken, elevator was broken. The bathroom light is connected to the vent which made it annoying because it was very loud, the lighting in the bathroom is also very poor. We requested our room to be cleaned twice and it didn't get done, the front desk staff did not express any concern, care or apology and said we had to call again in the morning because they couldn't take my request. You also have to always use your key card to get into the hotel and elevator. You have to pay $22 a night for parking, I missed that when I booked. We expressed our concerns at check out and were not looking for any kind of reimbursement, a simple apology would have been nice but that was not expressed. We don't plan to stay at this hotel again, which is unfortunate because we travel to California 3-4 times a year and stay 5-7 nights. Again, we really wanted to like this place; it has a lot of opportunity but for now it's only a 2-star hotel, and that is simply for its location.

Check in was quick and efficient, the front desk staff was also really nice! The hotel looks really nice, we stayed here a couple years ago (before the remodel) and the updates look really good.

Room is very clean, friendly staff. Good location, walking distance to mall and restaurants.

Starting from the airport shuttle taking double the time it was supposed to and the front desk telling us they “think it’s on the way” to only two elevators for the entire building(which had us and others waiting at least 10 mins to ride) this entire experience was disappointing. The coffee maker was broken. The front desk refused to give us coffee before our flight home at 7am and then changed their minds and offered us some just as the shuttle was departing. Great location but we won’t be returning.

I didn’t like that my key card took forever to open my hotel door..

Liked the central location. Check in was efficient. Rooms were dated, but pristine.

Stayed with my husband and two kids. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Many restaurant choices for breakfast and dinner in the area. Universal Studios was a 20 min car ride away. Kids enjoyed swimming in their pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks Hotel Burbank!

The suite was very dated and had a funny smell inside.
