Recent guest reviews

I appreciated the upgrade to the 12th floor and room on the north side. We enjoyed the easy friendliness of the entire staff and ambience. Location is ideal, 10 mins by Metro to DTLA or rapid bus to LACMA and other sites. Also like the free bikes for visitors. Great eats locally. Would recommend that in any future work on the facility, double pane windows be installed. While noise is not bad on the 12th floor north side, don't need leaf blowers at 7:00 am. I did here people complain about the level of street noise on the buildings south side. The old single pane windows are reminiscent of Motel Six, not consistent with Line price range. Overall great location and experience

Lovely unique hotel rooms, concrete walls actually add a nice effect. Hotel is close to a lot of things, nightclub was cool. Coffee was not good and cost $15 to deliver to room but there is a Starbucks across the street which we later found. Hotel is very busy but you cannot hear anything from your room. The only complain I have with the room is that I hit my head off the TV a few times because of it's location and lack of space between bed and windows. Other than that it was a great stay, staff were great and welcoming. Will stay again.

Great location, comfortable bed, nice lobby. Front desk staff lack of follow up, front desk staff annoyed when asked for late check out, $41 a night for parking is atrocious, Bathroom shower would leak onto floor due to poor design.

Convenient location. $45 per night parking. Small room is decorated with toy like furnitures which are not functional. I felt like staying in a concrete walled private jail cell

They need to be transparent and tell you upfront that Valet parking is $45 !!! Unacceptable!

Great hotel. No microwaves in rooms. Rooms to small for 2 boudle beds

Location was convenient, but room was smaller & start to get wear down. The room has no sound proof, you can hear noise from the street or in the hallway, etc

Vibe was cool. Music was loud at night but you’re in downtown so it’s expected. Kind of annoying that the AC fan isn’t automatic. Had to make it really cold then turn it off right before bed. Staff was really friendly.
