Let's see... For starters, the plastic shower liner had dirt from the previous lodgers all over it. The coffee maker/tea maker was filthy, too. When I tried to make tea, the water that came out was filthy; black specks and everything! Lastly, the vents in the bathroom could've been dusted at least once in the last 5 years. This place is filthy, there are a lot of sketchy characters in the vicinity, so it's not safe at all (unless you have a knife and your head's on a swivel. 0/10 would not recommend to my worst adversary.
Requested early check in and check out and was accommodated.
Stayed 3 nights and never had my room cleaned or towels replaced. Upon check-in i was asked if i had a vehicle but was never told about $30 per day parking fee, just a surprise receipt in my in my email. Too many options in the area to deal with non sense like that!

Front desk staff, very unprofessional, I paid for a type of room, switched me to another room type, without adjusting. My room rate appropriately, when I asked the manager why I was not given what I paid for , she just replied , the hotel get oversold all the time , it is what it is .

Staff was rude, we parked our in their garage for free and there was damage done overnight, I don’t expect that they solve this but the way responded was horrible.
