The hotel itself was fine. Stay was good. However, at checkout, I was surprised to see that several charges were on my bill that I didn't recognize. The staff said that there were not details of these charges and temporarily removed them. She said she will verify and may charge me again.

The view from my room was blocked by the building and it was absolutely "0" view from the room. Also I had to ask them for hair dryer which it should be prepared in the room and the person who brought dryer to the room asked me if there was no dryer from the first place (why would I ask for it if there were dryer) Also I had to go back to the counter and ask for details about destination fee credit or WiFi access and hotel's facility because reception didn't explained or provided any information while I'm checking-in.(which I saw they explained it to other customers who were before or after me) Lastly they charged me over $700 by mistake! (Please make sure to check your payment after your visit)
