Check in was fine. Room seemed great. shower door would not close completely so water all over the floor each use. Had to ask for more towels because there was only one in the room. Wifi is not free which was the most surprising. Rooms temperature control is just for show as it would not cool the room. the hallway was cooler that the room despite informing the front desk the room was to hot. The gym seemed to have everything except mats for doing core workouts. This place is probably ok but given the price i would expect more. not a bad place if you are looking to just sleep but in terms of what a hotel can and should do/have there is room for improvement. the Gym

Great first time at the hotel. I was fortunate to get an upgrade to the suite - great view looking down to the pool! It’s a repositioned hotel property that could benefit from a little bit more work in the rooms. Great welcome from the checkin staff - I felt very welcome at the Grand. It’s getting there!

Ck-in with Donna was the best. She was very professional and we received our room within minutes. That really starts your entire trip experience on a positive note. Hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Will definitely stay there again.

The only suggestion I have would be more light in the room.

The first night in my room was terrible there was something There in are bed that was making us itch all over are body and when I talk to the manager he did nothing he promised to check on the room and leave me a message but that did not happen so I don’t know if he did anything also the shower door leaks on the floor and floods the floor witch mad the bathroom floor very in safe but I paid in full

I was attending a work function in Downtown LA for a week and stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Overall, it was very comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and well maintained. Wifi is $10 every 24 hours though. There is a small fitness room. The hotel restaurant is good, but pricey.

Very nice hotel, downside was parking, have to pay valet parking or park at a nearby parking garage and pay hourly

Anniversary and went to Disney Concert Hall. Location was great.

Everything was fantastic until I decided to check the bed sheets and they were def not clean. Someone slept there before me, there was a hair and fake tan marks.... the staff was nice and helpfull but this completly ruined my experience at this hotel.. probably will come back but will change the sheets myself before going to sleep.

AC unit broken, we got back late to the room so just delay with it, it was super hot couldn’t sleep well. When we checked out and let them know what happened, they would not offer any compensation, they said we should have called. Just based on level of customer service never return.

Lobby and restaurant kept rvery nice...looks up to date luxurious but room experience did not match. My room 628 looked s but run down.

My wife and I stayed there as a weekend getaway. If we did it again, we might select another hotel.

We got the junior suite that faced the highway, so the highway traffic was a bit loud, but other than that, our room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

Located close to great restaurants and transportation (metro lines). Nice quiet room, but would stay away from the restaurants in house, much better outside the hotel.

The checkin person was kind and helpful. The room had a nice view. The room was a double. It was smaller than expected. There was only one set of towels. The shower door was broken. I had to search for the toilet tissue. The door didn't close properly. The barista was nice but, bless his heart, very slow. Check out was smooth and the valet person was helpful.

My experience was terrible. After arriving to the airport I got a text telling me that I cannot stay at the LA hotel and have been placed somewhere else. This was a major inconvenience because I chose the hotel for its location. I will never use Orbitz again.

Really nice lobby and location if you are like me and like to walk. Rooms great, big and comfy. $40 per night for parking, but that is Los Angeles.

Beautiful hotel, great location and very clean room.

Horrible service!! Dont try to show off being an expensive hotel by showing off a Rolls Royce!! Rude staffs too.

Very nice hotel, yet when my friend and i booked a room, we paid for a double bed, with a nice view. Instead we received a single bed and not a good view. The receptionist told us that that was the only room left! Excuse me, we paid for a double bed! Him saying a kind bed cost more than what we paid. We took it since we had already paid, but they need to actually work on the reservation. If a room is reserved in advance, and paid full in advance, the least is receive what was paid for.
