the staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect for getting to little Tokyo, the arts district, China town and Olivera street. The subway is blocks away to get to anywhere in LA---NO CAR REQUIRED !!!!

Woke up around 11:30 pm to a big bang outside (windows were closed). Fireworks were going off late in the evening! It lasted past 12 am. We weren’t able to get a good sleep! Also, the flexible shower hose was broken. So, when showering water was coming out from the shower head and flexible hose.

Second stay here. Great location and lovely staff. Room is very clean but starting to show wear. Ask for a room that’s not facing the main road if you’re a light sleeper. More sustainable options this time with the bathroom amenities.
