The stay was awesome. Steve/ Steven was very helpful and assisted me with the check in and check out process. Would absolutely stay here again!

A nice hotel in little Tokyo. Lots of restaurants and interesting shops in the Japanese plaza. Walking distance to many interesting things.

They were very nice to me. Will def go back again. Everything is within walking distance but a long walk like a strip lol they do charge a incidental fee. It was like 200 for 3-4 days but it was a nice experience to California and will go back!

Stayed one night this month after an absence of almost a year. Last year, a family emergency landed me at the Miyako for more than 10 days - an unplanned stay. The staff were unfailingly professional and kind. The rooms (I had to move to another room as I hadn’t booked that long a stay to begin with) were clean and comfortable. The Miyako was an oasis in a time of trouble. How lovely to return after nearly a year with my husband and have the staff remember me and welcome me back. I highly recommend this hotel. Subtle but unmistakable Japanese civility.

I was very elated with my accomodations. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff and employees were very helpful. It was great the gift shop sold various labels of wine. The cafe located inside the hotel lobby offered various food choices as well. The location was in a very good location with many shops and affordable restaurants to choose from. I did not realize the hotel had a cocktail bar and restaurant within the location. I wish i knew about that? I would stay here again, and I would also recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

Great location, everything you need within walking distance. Fun karaoke bar on site.

Out room didn't have closet. As well I would suggest hotel to buy new better quality pillows.

Short stay but check in lady was very friendly and room was very clean. A number of close restaurants nearby you can walk to. Would return next time I need to be in LA.

If you want to explore LA's Little Tokyo, Arts District, or be a short walk from the Music Center, this hotel is perfect. Staff was very helpful, room was pretty typical (the bidet was cool; not something in most US hotels). The pillows were poor, even by hotel standards, and while the room was billed as non-smoking, other rooms obviously were not, as the hallway wreaked of smoke.

We booked this hotel as a base for our evening at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. With many Japanese eating options nearby, the Miysko is a great place from which to explore this fascinating neighborhood.

Very good location. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

The hotel staff were welcoming. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Check-In was easy and there was no wait. The room itself included the basic amenities (fridge, iron, hair dryer, etc.).

Close to cathedral, central market, LA mall, little Tokyo and of course, lots of very good restaurants, sushi and boba tea! Even rodeo drive is only 30 minutes away without freeway driving.

I love this hotel very much. This location is inside of Little Tokyo in Los Angeles. I will come back to use this hotel.

We loved staying at Miyako because it was convenient. The hotel is located at little Tokyo, downtown L. A. You can find many restaurants in a walking distance.

So, we checked in a little after 3pm which stated we were guaranteed late arrive time check in. Okay so 2 minutes while checking in the front clerk told me it would be an additional 10 more minutes because they needed to check my room - I said 'ok Within 5 mins of waiting a group of 3 came in checked in 2 and boom! givin there keys and where heading into there room while I waited....uhh what the heck? I went up to the same clerk and asked him how much longer it would be since the group in from of me were in and out. He said told me okay "oh okay it's Ready now" ?? without radioing anyone, I feel like he didn't like me or whatever but that was so inconvenient to have to wait when no one was even in the lobby. Lame front desk clerk for a hotel like this.
