We were very happy with the breakfast options in the morning, it was a great way to start the day. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the room temperature was easy to adjust to our liking. The staff were friendly upon arriving each day. The location was easily walkable (there's a great taco truck around the corner). We were happy with the cleanliness. The pool was outside and unheated, so it was great in the heat, but not so great on cooler days. I was surprised but the $100/day additional charge in case of incidents. Since the room was paid for and they had my credit card info on file, this seemed unnecessary. Overall, everything was good and I would recommend staying here.

Yes, I had a wonderful stay. The hot breakfast was great, the staff kept my luggage locked up for me until I check in at 3pm because I arrived at 11:00 am and they kept my luggage locked up at 10:00 am on check out day because my flight did not leave until 10:45 that night. So, I was able to walk around in Hollywood until my flight time. The only negative thing is that they don't have any drawers in the room to put your clothes in and the safe would not work properly in the room. Other than that everything was excellent. We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! Everything was perfect and our room was beautiful. The only downside of staying here is it’s in the middle of Hollywood, which is a bit dirty and unsafe at night. The streets smelled like urine. Nothing to do with the hotel! Plan for parking on the street or pay $50 each day for valet. We opted for parking on the street which wasn’t too inconvenient. 5/5 Hotel.

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns throughout the US and this was the nicest one we have stayed in by far. Everything was clean and updated. The housekeepers should get a raise! I always clean the room again before we put our things down in every hotel we stay in and this room was very clean.
