The property was located off the strip & was quiet during the day & night..about a 20 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd where the entertainment is located. The staff where very welcoming & helpful in providing information & with tours. The rooms where clean & they provided on the go breakfast as precautions for Covid19...They said in a couple weeks the dinning area would be open..There are some homeless people in the area, but they didn't bother or say anything to you, not many in the area. Overall would definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly and every area of the place was very clean.

A lot of homeless people in every corner. Kind of scary at times because there are some homes less people that are screaming. Parking lot would be a problem if pandemic is over. Limited space but had no issue during my stay. Overall, the place is clean. It’s safe for the most part. I like how the elevator on the parking structure goes directly to the rooms to avoid having to be outside for too long. The hotel is clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Very nice front desk. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay there again.

The woman at the desk was absolutely charming! It was my first time in LA and she was so informative and welcoming!

It’s very clean and comfortable. It’s also very quiet. The only downside is that the neighborhood is not very good. Lots of camps on the sidewalk. It felt safe enough but a bit more security outside would be good.

Luis at the front desk was very friendly and gave some great tips of things to do around town. The hotel overall was very clean. The location was great since it is within walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. I definitely recommend this hotel and will book again.

Good service and food. Clean rooms. Bad location, high price.

First, they will charge you 33 dollars/over night parking. The area is shady so you wouldn’t want to park on the street. The room is very spacious but was out dated for 2year old hotel. It was not managed well. Some rooms have bath tub instead of shower booth, and inside the tub, I found hairs and it smelled bad. it was disgusting. I asked the front desk staff to change the room explaining the room was not clean. The staff DID NOT APOLOGIZED for the dirty room and that was not nice. I would never come back to this hotel.

Goid location, but only valet parking. The breakfast was good. The view was just parking lots and buildings.

It Was amazingly clean, efficient, and a super great Mattress! Slept like a baby! The breakfast was delicious and had a vast array of options -including g GlutenFree Belgian Waffles!

From start to finish they went above and beyond with the service helping us fine restaurants, things to do They let us have a late check out because our flight wasn’t until that evening. The kept our luggage till evening. I only stay at hampton inn. I have to say this was the best service!! We will be going back.

The staff was excellent in their customer service, incredibly kind and friendly. The breakfast and coffee was very good too! The room itself looked updated and modern; however, the bed was very loud and seemed like it would be unstable. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the strongest either. Otherwise everything else was awesome! They gave us a room with a view of the LA skyline, it was beautiful!

Loved the size of the room, the shower and the complimentary breakfast.

The property is in a sketchy part of town but with in walking distance to Sunset and Hollywood Boulevard. There's a ton of homeless nearby, even camping out in front of the hotel. There's security around and we did not have any negative encounters with anyone.

Very nice hotel, it was clean and nicely updated. It was close to universal studios which was what we needed.

Location is great, Everything from the time we arrived was well done. Would have been nice if there was a gym and whirlpool. The pool was small too. However, the room and stFf and complimentary breakfast and more was A+.
