DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Los Angeles Downtown

3.5 out of 5.0

When I booked my room the website, said free parking. Parking is not free and is $38 a night. I was put in a handicap room, which I didn't request.

Noisy, and the floor we were on smelled like mold to the point where it was giving us headaches. I would look elsewhere if traveling to Downtown LA again. Staff however was amazing and very friendly.

Nice place and staff. It is downtown, so it is rather high for a room. Overall I had no issues with this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The problem? Parking there is ridiculous! Self Parked and $38.00 per night.

The hotel staff was friendly. However, there was no record of my reservation. They told me to call orbitz and after approximately 30 min. I was able to checkin.

Great service. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the advertised shuttle service for a 3 mile radius. We were very disappointed to find it had been discontinued even though it was still advertised and also explained in the in-room information.

Overall the staff Is friendly and informative. Unfortunately there is a construction across the street and it started early which is very annoying.

Convenient to public transportation and friendly staff who are always approachable and informative.

The hotel is OK if you are not planning to spend too much time in your room. Room is reasonably clean but the hotel is a bit old. I was planning to walk to the convention center but I was advised not to do so. It is not the most sketchy place but it is pretty close to the worst part of DTLA.

It was enjoyable. Will stay again.

It’s a jaunt from LAX, but a great place to stay. The restaurant Justice is the best. Greatest staff!!! They made the whole trip wonderful!

Had a great stay, room service was delicious and prompt. It's a nice hotel, just feels a year or two behind the times in terms of fixtures. The card access however was up to date and efficient for entry and parking.

Our room was on the 7th floor and had a nice view of the Asian Gardens and downtown LA. The room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

It was very comfortable, the view is also amazing. I love staying downtown LA. Also the price for the night wasn't that bad.

Located in Little Tokyo, it is close to some wonderful Japanese style restaurants which I enjoyed. Close to Federal and State Courts.

We had a room full. Great breakfast, especially the omelets and the staff. The bellmen were all very helpful, especiaily Jacob.

beautiful full service hotel in a great central location, clean rooms, friendly staff.

clean room, but parking charge is unfair, asking 36 dollar for one night park

Placed one of my employees there during a trip. Good clean rooms in DTLA.

As with all DT hotels you have to have a warm cookie :). The hotel is clean, beautiful and features one of the best breakfast restaurants I've eaten at. (I assume other meals are served but I wasn't there at those times.
