There was construction going on and no one informed us. We had to wake up early for a flight and got virtually no sleep before a trans Atlantic flight. I would never stay there again. And I am a Rewards member.

Book a suite, they claim sold out and said rooms not guaranteed, yet I paid for a suite and got a corner room instead that looked directly at a temporary wall to hide on-going construction. The other corner had a giant TV in front of the window, so might as well have been 4 walls. To compensate, they gave me free parking for the one night, a $34 value. Seems like bait-n-switch to me with parking as compensation. Garage under construction, so had to wait for permission to pass. Long line at check-in, so between garage and check-in, took almost an hour to get to room. Then, bathtub won't drain and air conditioner was off. Very disappointed for Hilton. Won't stay there again.

Very well back soon nice hotel Staff really gentle nice food

I've been to many LAX hotels....this one definitely does not qualify as a good one. From long lines to check in to mosquitos in the room to a ridiculous elevator system that leaves you stranded waiting....it ain't worth it which surprised me since it was a Hilton

We spent $200 a night for this place & the toilet consistently clogged every morning. Literally the first person to use it was the last for the day. Every morning we reported this & all they did was plunge it, but clearly there was a deeper problem. Never got fixed, even after we talked to the manager.

Very close to airport and very loud. Air conditioning does not work at night. Trash was not removed from garbage cans from previous guests.

I thought the restaurants were ripping people off they were very expensive you got nothing for your money and I also don't think it's right that if you're staying at a hotel renting the car from the hotel that you have to pay for the parking

Hotel nice and very clean . Only problem was you could hear people outside your room when they talk or walking . I couldn't get a good sleep from the noise. My shower tub water was plug up. I had to rush washing my hair before water came up higher to my feet.

Very disappointed in the room at the Hilton there was no refrigerator ,microwave or hand mirror in the bathroom. Although I booked though orbiz I expected more from the Hilton.

Internet being charged into rooms, the lobby was full of clients all rejecting to pay Internet into rooms -

Our room was great besides a small issue which they gave me an accommodation for inconvenience. We were not really there, but they're currently doing some renovations.

great overall, clean rooms, responsive staff, also food available late when we landed, and large choice of breakfast in the morning. would absolutely recommend

Love the mattress . What brand was it on the 12 floors? Amazing

Nice friendly staff with comfy lounge facility. 24 hr Shuttle service is a plus.

Great hotel, on par with Hyatt. Good a little pricey. Over all s great stay in a very convient location. Front desk great. Would stay again. LA WAS DISAPPOINTING but drive from east coast was amazing

Every thing was greatness good food staff and facility

Nice hotel, very busy. The hotel staff were all friendly, but was a little disappointed with the comfort of the bed and pillows.

On top of having the worst beds and pillows of the earth this place makes you pay $34 a night to park your car when the parking structure next door is only $12 and the employees at the front desk are not very helpful they treat you with very little patience and make you feel you are making them waste their time hate this place last time for me and my family

The only thing I would suggest is to have a microwave oven available 24hrs. This is for guests with several diet restrictions.

The experience was ok when we checked in the hotel. We was given the option to where would we like our room to be. There was no fridge in the room for our drinks. When plugging in multiple phones and computers the jacks was kinds of lose so they are due for tightening up. Also found out that if your Hilton Honors Member, that if you book through a third party you will not receive your points. Parking is $15 dollars a day with the hotel if you have a car.. When getting off the elevators you can smell weed smoke in the hall ways. I didn't expect that in the Hilton, but in California what should expect. Other than that I was able to come and go as I wanted with no issues.
