Love the mattress . What brand was it on the 12 floors? Amazing

On top of having the worst beds and pillows of the earth this place makes you pay $34 a night to park your car when the parking structure next door is only $12 and the employees at the front desk are not very helpful they treat you with very little patience and make you feel you are making them waste their time hate this place last time for me and my family

The only thing I would suggest is to have a microwave oven available 24hrs. This is for guests with several diet restrictions.

The experience was ok when we checked in the hotel. We was given the option to where would we like our room to be. There was no fridge in the room for our drinks. When plugging in multiple phones and computers the jacks was kinds of lose so they are due for tightening up. Also found out that if your Hilton Honors Member, that if you book through a third party you will not receive your points. Parking is $15 dollars a day with the hotel if you have a car.. When getting off the elevators you can smell weed smoke in the hall ways. I didn't expect that in the Hilton, but in California what should expect. Other than that I was able to come and go as I wanted with no issues.

Why does Hilton NOT apply their point system when rooms are booked through a third party? If I were management at Orbitz, I would address Hilton management on this and make sure YOU -- ORBITZ, are not slighted like this.

The hotel is convenient, close to the airport. The room was clean. Room service was good. Overall a pleasant experience. Will stay there again.

Lobby is very nice, should consider not charging for WiFi. They did allow an early check in and late check out. Bathrooms are small. They charge for a refrigerator.

The staff was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The down side was it was under construction which made it hard to find parking and the last two days we were unable to enjoy the restaurant.

I have stayed at pretty much every hotel in the lax area. Hilton has to be the best overall when talking about spacious room, comfortable bed,fitness room very accomodating to check in and check out.

The staff, lobby, gym and pool were excellent, but I expected more from the room. The bathroom was small, and as was the tub. Considering the prestige of the name 'Hilton', I expected something just a tad more lavish in the bathroom department. Bed was comfortable though.

Front desk Do NOt have customer service skills this hotel do not in engage with there guest they do not make you feel welcome they just stare at you with a straight face like if they are dealing a black jack hand . They didn't say thank you for stay with us we checked out they didn't say have safe trip neither did the housekeepers you have to engage with your guest to make them feel welcome to make them want to come back I do not want to stay at this Hilton ever again My Ac didn't work well I had to request a fan I am walking from my car to the elevator in the Hispanic housekeepers get on the elevator hold the elevator for about 5 mins untill her co worker made it to the elevator very unprofessional. We found a bottle underneath our bed Bistro cafe - i order a pizza in a Starbucks coffee The young lady that was the cashier left went on brake put the pizza order in but didn't put the coffee in she didn't communicate with the other 2 gentlemen that was there .
