Dated property, but good for our purpose: one night airport stay with free shuttle service.

This is hilton but i was shocked with the room quality. There is no microwave, no coffie maker, a very old noisy fridge, stained bathroom and carpet. I lived my 2-3 star hotels which was better than this Hilton!

Stayed for the weekend, very convenient if your catching a flight, literally 4 mins away from the airport.parking was great under the building.only thing was that some areas needed dusting and to get in the bathtub you had to close the bathroom door.pool area looked trashed from ppl not cleaning after they smoked and parted the night before other than that great hotel.oh and the security lock in my room was broken.other than that great hotel

The main lobby and elevators put on a image of high end hotel but once you get out onto your floor it is like I went from a Hilton to a motel 6 very bland decor outdated hallways and weird smell. Once in the room bathrooms look like they’re from 1996 dust all over room need a good deep cleaning, comforter seemed old and stuffing which is feathers was coming out after our 3 night stay the floor was covered in feathers. They do not do room service cleaning while you stay so we had to reuse towels and cloth rags. There was no mini fridge in the room so you had to bring cold drinks from outside the hotel or buy from they’re outrageously priced vending machines. No microwave just a tv and coffee maker. Staff was nice but check in was long they only had 1 teller for regular check in and 1 teller for honor customers. Parking was the worst they rent they’re spots out to airport parking so you had to share parking garage with non hotel customers and pay the same price as non hotel customers which was 42.99 a day. The hotel is so close to airport you can hear all flights coming in and leaving lax all day and night. Pictures of common areas are deceiving online, definitely looks way different in person then online! All in all very disappointed with my stay as getting what I payed for but it did its job which is providing a place for my spouse and I to safely sleep and shower but definitely will not return for another stay

Shower pressure could take paint off a car. Air conditioner was turning on and off rapidly all night. Tried calling front desk a couple times to switch room, but they never picked up. Line to check in was long so we never went down to switch rooms. Just sucked it up because we were there for short night. Lobby was beautiful but room was close to the worst I’ve ever stayed at. Definitely wound NOT recommend this hotel.

The shuttle service should be scheduled with reservations so yo can count on making your flight. First come first serve maybe okay for motel 6 but not the Hilton. FREE WIFI DID NOT WORK. OKAY FOR MOTEL 6 but not the Hilton. I won’t be back.

Nice place, blinds overlapped so room nice and dark wven in the day.

Decently maintained. Rooms are comfy.

The water didn't turn on in the shower

Check in was very smooth. I received the exact room I reserved (airport/runway view). I can watch and listen to planes take off and land all day long so the noise doesn't bother me. Light sleepers and people needing quiet will want a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

Nice Property, Great Location

Bathroom was something I would expect for a low budget hotel, not from Hilton in downtown LA. Dirty, and all around the shower was a very poor application of silicone to stop leaks. It would be oK for a $40 a night room, but for $240 a night Hilton I expect better

The only thing good about the hotel was the convenience to the airport and a new elevator system. The restaurants did not offer any gluten free options; The Landings ran out of ice tea, hot tea and cooked potatoes; The hotel room did not have divided trash for recycling; the hot water was set to scolding with a difficult to operate shower "faucet", very dangerous; The mirror frame had tooth paste splattered on it; The VM system for room service did not work, no coffee delivered to the room; The phone by the bed not even plugged in; I have never had this type of experience with a hotel supposed to be of the Hilton quality.

Close to airport.

How many 1000's of rooms and they only have 2 or 3 front desk staff at any given time ... like we all need to wait to check in??? What kind of idiots think this is hospitality???

It was a very beautiful and friendly place. The room was very clean. I was surprised the bathroom wasnt as modern as the reat of the hotel and there was no refrigerator in the room.

Early check-in.

Best is LAX Shuttle

Very clean

My experience was an inconvenient one. I had to personally ask for room service, I'd be gone all day and never get the room cleaned so it was always dirty, I pretty much cleaned it everyday myself. Even if I ask for room service before I leave, they will never show. I had to personally change my sheets, towels, and trashcan everyday so my room was filled with trash bags and dirty laundry (we also have photos if you need to see them). I just stopped asking and would now ask for my own sheets and towels. I constantly had to go to the front desk for toilet paper and wash rags, super embarassing and a hassle and each time I went I had to wait in line until other customers to be helped so it was time consuming. Rooms were super calmly since windows don't open. My room was a non smoking room but it didn't matter because the whole entire floor smelled of smoke that would vent into the rooms. There were bums sleeping all around the hotel area, one was blocking the entrance to the parking area were I parked, I had to walk to another entrance that was a bit out of the way. Just overall terrible stay, will never book again
