The rooms are very small. The bathroom is a joke. Under 2 star rating. The elevators' system is very confusing. There is no dinner place in the entire complex. It was my worst Hilton experience.

Convenient to airport, frequent shuttle service, clean and spacious room

Awesome

Its old and needs renovation, also t

I realize "stimulus check" customers are the norm now and have now idea how to behave, but this place is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Chris the hotel manager has a standard operating procedure quote I heard him say not only to me but to 2 other guests..."If you dont like it here, I can refund your room charge and you can leave now"! Hey Chris, the business model for a guest is to check in an stay, not change hotels! Try calling the operator for assistance to complain that there is a loud pot smoking BLM meeting going on at the pool/garden area at 1:20AM and get no answer for 10 plus minutes, so I had to take my chances and do security myself and tell the twits to Shut TFU! Need I go on!

The size

The staff was friendly, very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and followed social distancing.

Nothing

Was very unhappy had to pay to park 44 dollars a night when I stay there 6 nights plus no one came to clean or change sheets for 5 nights on top of all that a 60 hold for each night plus your stay need happy at all with this company

Parking is tight in the basement parking garage..

.

As advertised

Staff was great. I accidentally double booked myself and didn't realize till day of. Cancelled with no hassles!
