Great service and a beautiful hotel. Easy shuttle service to the airport.

The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated with a Christmas theme. The room I had was OK although I could never get the temperature right. It was either too hot or too cold in the room. Also, the bathroom was one of the smallest I'v seen in some time in a hotel. The bathroom was also dated and dull.

Food in lobby was over priced and horrible. Bed was old and used up. Everything else was nice

There was an awful smell from the bathroom? Or the room itself? The thermostats doesn't seem to work that I could not get the air conditioning on. Bathroom sink stopper does not work. There were no amenities to be exact. I have to think twice why I need to be a member of HHonors program. Marriot next door can provide better service than the way it is here. Sigh...

Everything and everyone was very nice. It was busy and still got checked in fast.

The hotel is nice and clean, but it's kind of noisy all night because of location of course. Also, there is no refrigerator or microwave in a room.

Hotel was nice but finding parking was horrible,parking rates were nearly 40 dollars per day which I find to be a rip off, there were other garages near by but no in and out privileges. That is my biggest problem with this hotel because parking rates are not noted anywhere when booking so that was a surprise. Room flooded but the hotel staff was helpful and moved me to a new room quickly and offered us complimentary breakfast passes. Beds are hard.

Good hotel good location closed to lax and easy access to the the city

Nice facility and friendly staff. Shuttle wasn’t as timely as they say (every 20 minutes - 24/7), but it worked.

Perfect for easy access to LAX and early morning flights.
