Hilton Los Angeles Airport

I only stayed one night and slept about four hours but the hotel was great in all respects. This will be my go to for early flights out of LAX going forward.

I booked this hotel to avoid traffic in LA and for sure it didn't disappoint. The shuttle bus leaves every 20 minutes even if there's only 3 passengers. The hotel is beautiful although there's renovations going on right now.

Hotel said that we had checked in when we hadn’t.

Everything was good except if you have a truck you can’t park your own car. It has to be done by valet, which is very expensive, or you have to park next door. Other than that everything was perfect.

I enjoyed the friendliness of Blanca at the front desk during check-in. I had arrived earlier than expected. Blanca was knowledgeable in explaining the Early- check-in fee. The room was fresh & clean, amazing comfortable mattress & pillows. I left a tip every day for my housekeeping attendant, who did a "Rock Star" service and even, left a hand written "Thank You" note. Over all, I would stay at this Hilton LAX again.

You're paying for a room you're paying for parking you're paying a resort fee we all have cell phones that we pay for wifi but when you go into these large hotels it seems like there something blocking your WiFi so you have to buy WiFi that's ridiculous

Under construction...but accommodating. Expensive to make parking mistakes...but you learn fast.

The parking sucked, I’ve never stayed in a hotel that charged me for parking. Rooms had chipped paint, dust all over and dirty sheets.

Had a quick overnight at LAX and stayed at the Hilton. The shuttle bus was quick to pick up late at night. The lobby was stunning. However, the room look a little tired in that there were dings, Chips, and dinginess in the carpeting and furniture. I was greeted by a large stain in the carpet in. But the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked and the room was quiet.

efficient, staff was nice bedding was superb room was efficient small nice

You literally will see the Hilton LAX depending on the runway you land on. With free shuttle service and restaurants going 24 hours due to the International pilots and crews you'll see staying there, the hotel is very convenient.

Wrote about my experience it was great next time I will get a hotel further inland.

The wait was quite long, about 30 minutes or more in line.

Parking at the hotel for hotel guests should be free, or less than $34.00 a night.

It’s a nice hotel for what it is. Check in is extremely crazy they had like 3 people for Hilton honors check in and only one for us “regulars” lol.... but they stay booked up so good for them. First night was good besides the girl at the front desk. She wasn’t rude but she wasn’t the nicest person either. She did help me book a second joint room for the next night because they were booked out that night I checked in. Second night I came in it was fine besides the wait to check in. Third floor for some reason has a LOT of mosquitos. They should probably do something about that.

Great hotel, very convenient to food, airport, would stay again, only issue I had was we got to room, temperature in room was 82, I turned down thermostat made sure a/c and fan icons were on, all looked good left came back around midnight temperature was 77, I just tried to sleep probably should have called someone but didn't, otherwise great hotel room and will be back

In-room facilities are too old. It's definitely below 4-star standard.

The shower floor was dirty. Takes a lot of time to register, long lines. Admitting people that don't know how to dress. Shuttle bus with dirty seats.and very unkept.

The hotel was a great value. It was a great stay. Thank you

There was construction going on and no one informed us. We had to wake up early for a flight and got virtually no sleep before a trans Atlantic flight. I would never stay there again. And I am a Rewards member.
