Room was nice, staff was great. The only thing I did not like which was parking cost $100 for 2 nights. I wish I read the small print before booking. Once valet takes your car it is hard to retrieve items. Otherwise everything was great.

First, our heater wasn't working, so it took a long time to get the room warm and all of us comfortable. Then. The breakfast was AWFUL! The waffles were like crackers and the eggs were dried under lights. The valet was CRAZY expensive and the AP didn't even work right either.

Pros: spacious room, quiet hotel, very convenient location, friendly staff, complementary coffee and tea. Cons: valet parking is very expensive and we got charged one extra day when we only parked for one day! The carpet and the sofa in our room were stained in several places. Poor upkeep in spite of good housekeeping.

I was very disappointed with this Hyatt property. The hotel felt poorly maintained and far below the standard I expect from Hyatt. The walls had visible cracks, the couches and carpet were dirty, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Even worse, the room smelled like engine oil. Overall, the hotel felt dingy, outdated, and overpriced for what was offered. I expected much better from a brand like Hyatt and would not stay here again.
