We had booked the room months before my GF had an accident and required ADA accommodations. The desk manager graciously accommodated us by giving us an upgraded room on the first floor at the rate we originally booked. The property is a good value for the money, especially for those attending shows at the Greek Theatre or other nearby venues. Some outstanding Thai restaurants within short walking distance. The AC worked just fine.

Loud stomping from people above me, it was like they wore bowling balls for shoes. Do not get a room on the ground floor. Reported it two nights in a row, They talked to the neighbor and it improved but then on my fourth night the loud stomping returned. Since I did not want to talk to anyone, I sent an email to the hotel asking them to address the issue. I never got any response.

The hotel was within walking distance to many different dining options, metro access, and shopping experiences. Only a couple of miles from the Greek Theater and Griffith Park. Rooms were outdated and in need of some repair, but were clean. For the price though, I can't complain since we just needed a place to sleep after our concert.

It was nice and cold in my room despite it being summer time in LA! The guy who helped me at the counter was super nice, explained the neighborhood and parking. Would recommend and will use them for my trip next year!

it was ok but not as it seem on pic and on line.

its was ok and its more of motel than hotel. pool was not clean. there is not sitting area for guest at all. and there was an add on cash deposit of $200 on site out side of reservation no matter what you have to make another deposit cash or card. i used cash and got back soon as i checked out. with card it can be a few days depending on ur bank
