Hotel Angeleno

3.5 out of 5.0

Convenient location and night staff, but incredible road noise and $28 parking fee.

Very nice. Will repeat again when I am in the area

Everything is great except some highway noise. It is right next to highway 405.

They staff made us feel welcome from the beginning! The hotel was clean and smelled good. The only thing is valet parking at $28 per night was pretty expensive, however, they make it up with their service and how good they make you feel

Stayed here overnight for work. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant has an amazing view and the bartenders were great. Will definitely stay again.

Stay was nice, great room view and restaurant view, clean room and bathroom. Downside was the WiFi wasn't working.

This hotel sits right on the highway. The traffic noise is horrible, all day and night. If you are a light sleeper book somewhere else. The room itself was nice but small. Check in staff was great.

I will definitely be staying at Hotel Angelino again. It is conveniently located right off the 405, the hotel stuff is very accommodating and friendly (I got an early check in at 1 PM rather than 3 PM), and though the rooms are on the small side, they are very comfortable and the towels are so soft and cozy.

Excellent location, close to 405 fwy, UCLA and Malibu. Daily 5:30 pm happy hour with complimentary CA wines and apps very nice. A bit breezy due to location on hill and time of year.

This is a great hotel. Close to Getty Center. A little noise from 405. A room higher up and away from the highway is quieter. Staff was great. Good breakfast and view from restaurant. No tip hotel.

The room was small, but very clean, comfortable and modern. They have a gym and pool which were decent. I would recommend it.

My wife and I stayed here because it was close to UCLA Medical Center where she was having surgery in the morning, she has stage 4 liver cancer and we have two small children so needless to say we have very little time together alone, she was feeling a little better than usual so we made it to the restaurant for dinner, the staff was very nice, the food was excellent, and I'm a chef so I'm a little judge mental to say the least. We had a wonderful time that we desperately needed, thank you for helping us escape reality if only for a moment.

Love this hotel!! Free parking, very friendly and helpful staff! Very good service, clean room. Definitely, recommend this hotel especially for people who have family that lives in Santa Monica.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Decent restaurant in the hotel. Not really walkable to anything. The only downside was that there was a foul odor coming from the drain in the floor (I was in a handicap accessible room that had a drain on the floor). Other than that it was fine.

A reliably great value with some nice touches and excellent staff.

It's ok. But nothing to get all excited about. This hotel could be great but it just misses it on lots of levels. Nice decor, but the rooms are not very well insulated. There's room service, but don't actually order breakfast because there's no guarantee you'll actually get it. And when you don't, the hotel won't do anything about it other than say sorry if you push hard enough and talk to enough people. Don't ask for anything because you'll need to ask at least 3 times before someone acknowleges your request. We spent a few days here for our anniversary while visiting Southern California. Paid extra for a room with a "view" and were on a higher floor looking at the hotel next door across the road. I guess if we went out on the tiny balcony and crained our necks around the building, we could kinda sorta see something. But again, just disappointing. I've had much better service at a Hilton Garden...overall disappointed and probably won't be back. If you're looking for something special, keep looking...

Great staff. Comfy bed. Clean room. Overlooks the 405 and that traffic is just TOO TOO loud.

Very convenient location, and excellent service. Be aware though that this hotel is right next to the freeway so if this type of noise bothers you, choose another place. Circular design is rather fun and novel.

The hotel was better than expected. Staff were polite and helpful. Location was great and the hotel was clean and nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay.

We really liked this hotel. Clean and the bed was comfortable. Good lighting where needed. It was right across the street from the Honda Center, which is why we booked it, so we could walk over for a concert. Great part of town, breakfast was the bomb and our room had a menu for an awesome pizza joint called marri's and we ordered fast delivery late night. Parking was reasonable by comparison as well. Loved our stay.
