nice hotel, clean and staff was good, however being next to the highway and the noise is a major issue. Could not sleep due to the hwy noise

Central location with easy driving distance to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and Downtown LA. Also, the 405 entry is next to the hotel, so you can easily commute to any part of the city quickly.

Great hotel. Sheets were thin and pillows were pretty tall. Otherwise wonderful stay!

Had a great stay at this hotel. Very convenient location.

The hotel is convenient to get to by car and is walking distance to UCLA (if you are modestly fit.) We also found a little spot (opposite direction of UCLA) where there are coffee shops. But all required a bit of a walk. For non-walkers, the hotel is completely isolated.

Thin walls; it's quite noisey from the traffic of the freeway and at 6:35 am there was so much noise in the halllway of clanging dishes for over 10 minutes. I'm not sure what it was exactly but it woke me and kept me up for awhile. Really dim lighting. If you plan to do work, I don't recommend this hotel. With all the lights on it was still much to dark to really get anything accomplished. The valet and bell staff were pretty awesome but the front desk personnel could definitely take notes. Upon arrival I wasn't acknowledged since the 2 associates were preoccupied. Neither made eye contact until ready to assist me. The process of getting my room key was fast but I would've preferred a look towards me to show they knew I was there. It was the same at check out. Multiple associates (4) walking behind the check in area entering the office without a single greeting or look in my direction while waiting for the front desk associate answer a question from a guest who had already checked out but wanted to remove the valet fee. Ridiculous! I've never experienced that at a hotel so I was quite surprised and disappointed they were not more friendly.

I’d always wanted to stay in this hotel for the view. Instead, we arrived at midnight after 12 hours travel and got put in a room beside the 405 freeway with a view of the parking lot. Would’ve been quieter, more comfortable and less expensive to stay at an airport hotel. The restaurant has lovely views of the city but is ridiculously overpriced.

I always have a great experience at the Angeleno every stay. Keep up the good work and personal welcome home touches.

Very nice staff and room, very comfortable to relax at the bar alone (on business). Cool room and esthetics. Very convenient to UCLA. Of course I wish the rate for the car was lower, it was on the high end.

THE HOTEL SERVICE WAS JUST FINE BUT THE NOISE FROM THE INTERSTATE WAS UNREAL,WE COULD NOT GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP. SUBSEQUENTLY HAD 3 TERRIBLE NIGHTS.. TO BAD BECAUSE LIKE i SAID IF THERE WAS REASONABLE/VERY LITTLE NOISE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN JUST FINE TO BAD BECAUSE WE KNOW FRIENDS LOOKING TO STAY AT A REASONABLE PRICED HOTEL BUT I GUESS THAT IT WY IS IS REASONBLY PRICED YOU PAY FOR THE NOISE !!!!!!

I liked the shuttle service. It made it easy for me to stay with my family and also picked up when I am done. Excellent service.!!!!!!!! Exellent

Great hotel.. Can't be beat.. Enjoyed my stay. Will definitely be back. Only thing missing is a jacuzzi/hot tub..

My brother and I stayed for two nights last week as the hotel is close to the Getty Museum. This is no tip hotel which saves. Restaurant on top floor has tremendous LA views and great food. Service was outstanding. Only valet parking but car was protected. Both is us had comfortable rooms. Took Uber to museum and was not happy as driver took us all over. Hotel apologized but wasn't really their fault

Relaxing, quality service. However, not for light sleepers due to outside traffic.

Convenient location and night staff, but incredible road noise and $28 parking fee.

Very nice. Will repeat again when I am in the area

Everything is great except some highway noise. It is right next to highway 405.

They staff made us feel welcome from the beginning! The hotel was clean and smelled good. The only thing is valet parking at $28 per night was pretty expensive, however, they make it up with their service and how good they make you feel

Stayed here overnight for work. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant has an amazing view and the bartenders were great. Will definitely stay again.

Stay was nice, great room view and restaurant view, clean room and bathroom. Downside was the WiFi wasn't working.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry you didn't get a room on a higher floor. We allocate rooms at check-in. However, we do our best to accommodate guest requests for higher floor or a specific room type. We hope you will give us another chance and come visit us again in the near future. Thanks, Vicky Escalante
