This is not a4 or 5 star hotel. There are no frills. The room size and bathrooms are a good and lots of room too move around. Here are the list of items that will not have me come back. Let me premise, I like rooms with basic accommodations like water and coffee maker, so my review is based on these standards. 1. The building is old brick and mortar so it's loud. The people above me sounded like they are stomping. The doors do not soft close so everytime house keeping our guest room leave their room, it so loud. 2. No coffee maker, bottled water, no iron. They give you two plastic cups. 3. They literally only give you 4 hangers and no drawers. It's basically a rack to hang your clothes and put your bag on the bottom. 4. The coffee they do provide is in the lobby, at a literally stand. When I went the two times they were out of cups and when they brought cups, the coffee urn was empty. 5. Great location of you want to be in K-town. This was my major reasoning for staying there. 6. Rate is reasonable but you get what you pay for. 7. Staff is very nice and tried to accommodate as much as possible. Summary, this is the run of a mill hotel. Some stay here if you want comfort.
