Good place!

Front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Over priced drinks and food.

Family friendly, all amenities and extra clean.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and accommodating. As a customer, I was not happy to discover upon arrival that the hotel was under renovation and that our room patio looked out onto a highway. Wifi was also very spotty. We decided to cut our stay short and find another hotel.

Nothing that stands out. The room was clean. The parking fee was high. For about 30 minutes, there was a pounding sound coming from somewhere which could not be identified by the staff. That was annoying.

The parking fee in the property was too high and not properly disclosed on Orbitz. Location of the property was convenient.

Road noise unavoidable. Parking is tiny. Basic hotel for basic stay.

Hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. In and out parking very convenient and prompt at about 50% less per night than nearly hotels. Room configuration was a bit weird...walked into room and immediately walked into bathroom sink in the foyer. AC blows very strong from single unit makes for some uncomfortable sleeping conditions. We tuned off AC and opened patio door.

When I checked out of this hotel I was happy to pay the full amount for my extended stay, it totalled 3,776.73. When I checked my credit card account that charge was there, but there was also a $2000 charge from the hotel a few days before I checked out. I was not informed about this and there is no justification for it. I called the hotel and the person who answered weren't able to explain it. Several business days have gone by and there hasn't been a refund. There is no reason for this charge, I paid in full for everything, there was no damage or any issue with my stay.

Great value and location for the money spent. Friendly staff and walking distance to Century City Mall.

The thing this hotel has going for it is location and is priced for that reason. They have done a good job of rehabbing and older hotel. If it were not for the location, the rooms being small and the sink being in the bedroom - no privacy except for the toilet, this would be just an ok hotel. The staff though was excellent and willing to accomodate our needs. Breakfast and lunch area and food good. Very clean rooms and lobby Do not get a room on the Olympic blvd side as it is way to noisy with traffic.

My room was a great size and the staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. The lobby, bistro, and other common areas were updated and up to par with most places I've stayed for this price. My only problem with the hotel was that I felt it needed updating in the room/halls. It just seemed old and had a weird smell to it. Once you stepped onto the elevator and went upstairs you could tell the hotel hadn't been touched in a long time cosmetically.

Adequate clean and comfortable. A bit pricey but a nice hotel. Good location for sight seeing

We stayed one night. The room was clean and adequate.

The worst hotel experience ever. Sits right on a major road. Unless you have a back room get ready to not sleep. It is very loud. And Paul, the general manager, has no customer service skills. The room that was promised to us (not facing the road) was not given to us and instead we faced the street. We didn't sleep a wink. Paul instead of trying to rectify the situation did nothing. Probably because he gets complaints a lot. Horrible horrible customer service from the Paul. And a hotel not worth a dime! Go elsewhere. We went to a hilton and they gave us a free night after hearing about Paul and this hotel. That is service.

I had booked this hotel for talent because we were on location near the hotel. Sadly the talent woke up with several bug bites and we had to cancel her shoot because of it. I don't what kind of insect bits they were but its a shame that this experience left her so distrought and there was nothing we could do to rectify the situation.

Nice, clean, comfortable room with relatively low price. Good customer service. I would use the hotel again.
