No shuttle to airport, no USB port, room key wouldn't work.

I did not like that elevator was down and I had to walk all the way to the 5th floor...yikes.

The elevator was broken, had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs for 3 days. Also, room was not cleaned one day and only two towels were provided.

Affordable price and they let you check in early or check out late. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is ok better than just coffee and muffins from the other hotels.

It's a nice hotel and conveniently located. My only complaint was that on this trip, the elevator was not working, which accounts for the downgrade in facility evaluation. But the staff was very nice and got me a second floor room, which was acceptable. The hotel is a good value and I plan to stay there again, presumably with a working elevator!

So just a heads up the elevator won't be willing until sometime in April. Wish I would have known.

even thought a sign was place telling guess that the elevator was not working this really was an inconvenience to me and I also saw how an older couple were struggling to get to the fifth floor.....hotel is clean and staff is ok you can see they concentrate more on the work than the customer service.

The staff member who checked us in was very rude. The property felt run down and dirty. The elevators are broken and we had to carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs.

Elevator was out had to carry luggage to 3rd floor. Bed sheets were dirty had noticable stains on them ask to have change when I check in came back hours later had not been change was told hotel was full so I ask for refund and check out

Place was absolutely disgusting! The room smelled like mold. Nothing in it was clean! There was still tags and napkins from who ever was in it before. Stains on the bedding and red stuff on the walls that looked like blood. Not sure why there’s scratch marks on the walls.. very creepy and gross room! The front desk help was very kind and he tried his best but I would not ever suggest this place..

Both Elevators were not wirking. We were put in a room on the 5 th floor! We have to walk up 5 floors!

When arriving to the hotel at around midnight, we were told that the elevator wasn’t working. The man that checked us into our room was rude and acted as if he was put out to even have to deal with us. Then we ended up on the fifth floor with 6 bags of luggage and they had no one to help. So we did 5 flights of stairs twice. In these types of scenarios, I feel the company should have tried to accommodate guests better and had more help on hand.

Nice staff and accommodating.. Property is rundown and needs updating. Neither elevators were working. Per staff the elevators went down on Saturday. It sounds like they have had problems with the elevators and are planning on replacing them

The elevator wasn't working. We were on the last floor. The staff didn't know what they were doing. The street it was on was next to a homeless camp. My roommate missed her flight bc of the elevator and shuttle situation. I'm never staying here gain

The property was filthy. Rugs had not been vacuumed in who knows how long, the halls and elevator were dingy, smelly and full of scratches. It has deteriorated to the level of a cheap hotel used for transient persons without homes. The bed and bathroom appeared clean, although the rug was not.The surrounding neighborhood is full of garbage and deserted/neglected commercial buildings and I was concerned about my safety as I walked to the only decent place to get dinner - almost a mile away. It was a terrible choice of lodging and I will never stay with this chain again.
