This property was terrible door i was sent first I had to go up and down 4 times to lobby because would not open.. then one of my rooms was on the first floor the other on 5 so had to separate my family

Ridiculous that you have to pay $15 A-day to park your car there when your already paying to stay there they only had 2 towels in there we had 3 people they told us we need to share ummm hell no!!!! Hot water didnt work!!!

Dirty. Smelled like cigarettes. Front desk was understanding

All vending machines for soda and snacks were bare unfortunately I guess they couldn’t of realize that for a holiday weekend ??????

Shuttle bus stops running at 5:00 pm. during the week and 1:00 pm on the weekends. So you're at the mercy of Uber, which is impossible to get a ride from the airport. Spent 45 minutes trying to get an Uber, finally took a cab which charged the same amount as Uber $19. The hotel was very dirty and worn. Carpet on the first floor leading to elevators torn and stained. Every time I took the elevator there was trash in it. Carpet on the 5th floor was heavily stained. Room was ok, carpet could use cleaning.

Elevator was down on my stay I had to walk up five flights of stairs because I was staying on the fifth floor which was 62 steps rooms were very clean i did like the cleanliness of the room it has microwave and refrigerator was a plus

I purchased these rooms for the singers and musicians for my brother in law funeral. When they arrived after they received the keys to the rooms they were told the elevators didn't work and no first floor rooms available. When the female singers got to the room and opened the door the were two naked people doing what naked people do. Long story short front desk was of little help until I got there with Orbitz on the phone. The were rude uncooperative, and behaved as if this was normal. Brandon eventually took control of situation. The time of night they arrived left us few options. They stayed till morning and I put them in another hotel

There was mold in the bathroom on the floors. The elevator did not work so I had to climb 4 flights of stairs which is an inconvenience. I left early and went to another hotel. I will not stay here ever again

The elevator was not operating and no one to help climb two flights of stairs with 50 pounds of luggage. Room was clean and adequate. No glasses for water or cups to make coffee with the coffee maker. Hotel was old and tired. Very disappointing.

No microwave in room the frig wasnt getting cold and one of the front desk clerk wasn't to friendly

i didn't like how dirty the room was bugs flying around stains on the sheets etc it was horrible i will never go there again

Elevators were inoperable, no maid service, no first floor rooms, no breakfast, dirty and a strong odor.
