I Found roaches!!!!

I was there over Veterans Day Weekend. My car was hit in the parking lot along with two other gests. I have called several times to speak to General Manager Alan Khan with no response from his part. My car was damaged and now I have to pay $500 deductible over an incident that occurred while I slept at their property. I believe they should have some type of property damage coverage for guest that stay.

There was no shampoo, no blow dryer, nothing but a bed, couldn't shower. I was stuck here due to cancelled flight and didn’t want to pay $200 elsewhere.

There were fleas in my hotel room. Someone urinated in the elevator.

Rooms were basic but clean. Bathroom a bit worn with some water damage. But really close to airport, so great location and friendly helpful staff.

Trenya greeted me at check in with such warmth and interest that I forgot how tired I was after a cross country flight and ended up chatting with her for almost 30 minutes! We chatted each time I saw her during my stay and I walked away feeling happy and cared for; she was so interested in making sure I had a good stay and it showed. The other staff were also friendly and helpful. Whoever owns this hotel should be proud of their staff and grateful to have them as part of their team.

Don't be scared because this is a Motel 6. Easy access to interstate, security on premises 24/7, small pool area, clean rooms, vending machines with snacks, sandwiches and fancy coffee, and free coffee in lobby in the mornings. We didn't experience any sketchy people or incidents in our 3.5 day stay. Super convenient for games and shows at Kia Forum, SoFi Stadium. We didn't have a lid on the toilet seat, not any shampoo/body wash in the room, that's the only thing I would ding them on.

There was not much to like about this rundown property, except that it was relatively inexpensive for an overnight stay. It started with their shuttle. It took just under two hours and six phone calls to get from the airport to the hotel. I could have walked or taken a taxi if I would have known. Once they drove right by in the outside lane (sorry no place to stop ... driver will come back and get me right away ... sorry now we'll be back in an hour). Absolutely no apologies and no help with luggage. I thought he would help but no. It's like his disaster was my fault. No apologies from the front desk. At least the morning shuttle driver was on time and cordial. Then there credit card system was failed. They took my credit card number by hand as a deposit (gave me no choice) and now I have to fight to get it back. The room was old and warn out. It was clean enough. But it looked like it had twenty years of hard use. I would not stay again even if it were free.

It of good quality no complains

Pros: People passing by our room were pretty quiet, our room was right by the elevators. Bedding was clean. The AC was very quiet. Good basic room. Nothing fancy. Security patrolling the parking lot. Dog friendly and does not charge extra for your dog. Cons: Questionable clientele. Lobby smells like a weed factory. The floors in the room where dirty with long strands of hair on the floor. Toilet was dirty too. They "forgot" to process the return of the deposit, maybe hoping one would forget.

The rooms are spacious and nice. Bed is comfortable but the elevator takes forever. Other than that it was a nice stay.

It was clean, and some of the staff was friendly

Airport shuttle arrived earlier than scheduled and required a ticket that was not disclosed or offered by the front desk at check in or check out. Shuttle left while we were getting the tickets. Also property is just generally run down with very minimal low quality furniture.

Thes charged me twice the 100 dlls deposit

Shuttle was easy to get to hotel, clean room and close to shops and restaurants

Good for a short stay (overnight layover). Good price. The front desk staff are rude and not helpful at all.

Don't be scared because this is a Motel 6. Easy access to interstate, security on premises 24/7, small pool area, clean rooms, vending machines with snacks, sandwiches and fancy coffee, and free coffee in lobby in the mornings.
