The staff was the best part. The property is not well maintained. The bathroom door know was nearly off. Some of the outlets did not work. The bed had nearly new matress but the rest of the room was bad - the dresser drawers had no handles/knobs. The common area in the courtyard would be great but it does not have anywhere to sit. There were people in nearby rooms (non-smoking rooms) with their doors open smoking weed. There were people roaming the walkway that were angry and clearly disturbed, looking into our room and shouting.
The room is nice for the price I paid. The counter staff could be nicer and friendlier.
It was run down and old felt dirt swelling slept in my clothes not even in the bed the staff was friendly just not the best condition for me specifically.
Dirty not maintained. Needs painting. Doors falling of cabinets.
Liked the safety of the Parking lot. Liked the condition of the room. Did not like the lack of cleanliness on some visible parts of the hotel such as the windows, elevator, etc. Did not like the elevator security since do not have presence sensor and it make it too risky.
The room had holes in the carpet. Carpet was very old. Paint was peeling off the walls. Bathroom looks like jt is in the mide of a remodel.
Does the job, keep your expectations the lowest possible and you will be fine
There was always someone up in the office to hear or watch who was going in and out...
We didnt like anything about this place..and guest services were the rudest people ive ever dealt with..the property was filthy. There was holes in my matress. Paint was pealing. There was cobwebs in the room the furniture looked like it was picked up in bulk trash. It was nothing but gross and disgusting.
I liked the balcony and pool. It was fairly quiet even though it was around the airport
Bad experience, receptionist didn’t allow us to park our U haul truck we were using for moving
This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed.
