The room was ok but the facilities and the staff were horrible

The ground outside of the room was flooding after the shower. The bed is really not clean. There was No any heat and the water was not hot enough.

I never got to stay at this place because they don't accept US citizens only foreigners.

Poor cleanliness, rats running around, felt unsafe

The place was very dirty , drugs and in a bad part of town

dirty, loud and smelly. front desk girls were very nice. bar guys were loud and high. only good thing was price was super cheap and its close to airport. oh yeah shuttle bus was broken down.

-wifi did not work -hotel staff would not fix the wifi -was given hotel voucher for food at hotel restaurant but it was shut down by the health inspector. -fist sized hole in the door to my room. -police "crime scene" tape over door to one of the rooms. -i complained to hotel staff regarding noise from domestic dispute in room near mine., next morning hotel staff called police. -all but one of the security cameras are not working. -half of the vending machines not working. -shuttle took 2 hrs to pick me up at airport. -cleaning staff was nice and did a good job

Do not stay at this hotel, period. I made the mistake of not reading reviews for this place but I will be cautious of all motels and hotels from now on because of this experience. I booked a single bed suite for four nights and I only stayed for one. The room was filthy, especially the bathroom. Grime everywhere and a dried chunk of brown toilet paper was on the toilet handle. The dark couch had white stains on it and the bedsheets did not smell fresh. My main concern was safety: the windows WERE NOT SECURE. They can be open from the outside and I was warned by locals and other room tenants that thefts and break ins have occurred and are possible. Also, while I was taking a shower, I heard an exchange of gun shots outside. I live in an area where gang violence is present but I still felt unsafe. The area didn’t seem particularly dangerous when I arrived but the filth, the lack of security, and the gun shots were too much. Couldn’t stay more than one night and I absolutely urge anyone to spend more money for a simple chain hotel.

We're sorry you've been misinformed. We don't allow U.S. citizens to stay in the international dormitory (Hostel) but they're allowed to stay in our private suites. We appreciate your feedback!
