-Get there around 11:30PM (called ahead of time to let them know we’d be late) & he asked if I had cash for the deposit, not card. I gave him the cash & asked if I could get a receipt. He said “No. I’ll just give it back to you in the morning.” I again asked if he was sure he couldn’t give me a receipt and he said no. -Get to our ADA room, and from first glance , all is fine -Go in the restroom, and there’s literally about 5-6 long black hairs all over the towels. Disgusting. -Shower was clean, but the whole reason we booked an ADA room is bc I need a roll in shower due to disability, & the shower head that was specifically lower so it could reach me didn’t work. -The bedding smelled like bleach so strongly it gave me a headache -In the morning around 9:45 (checkout is 11AM) we get a knock in our door and it’s a worker asking us what time we plan to leave. Confused, my husband said in about an hour (so 10:45). He asked if we could just leave now so they could clean the room. What? We said no bc we still had people who had to shower. He asked if we’d be willling to pack up our stuff and go to another room to finish getting We said no bc we were in the middle of getting ready already. -At checkout, I asked for my deposit back & he asked if I “really wanted it back” What? Yes, I do. -Oh and as we were packing out car to leave, the cleaning guy tried to come in. While we were still in the room with door open actively packing. -Horrible experience

I’ve been staying here since 2 years ago. It was nice and clean. Now it’s 9/11/25 and I have to deal with drugged out people, gangs, free stays for people who can’t afford a room… and I’ve realized the rooms have been a lot more damaged since I first came here. Yall can see it for yourselves… sometimes I even myself feel unsafe… realizing my door doesn’t close completely. And I mean it’s alright. But when you have people blasting rap (killing music) it’s just feels like “ IM ABOUT TO GET ROBBED” and it makes a person not even want to go outside because them PEOPLE ARE BLASTING MUSIC HANGING OUTSIDE !!

Poorly

They say it’s a no smoke hotel and the whole building smell like cigarettes. Once we walked in the room it smell a lot more like cigarettes. They also didn’t have towels to shower with just a used hand towel hanging in the closet. The WiFi didn’t work at all. The room it’s self look dirty and the wall look dirty with different patching coloring whites & the bed wasn’t comfortable. Won’t never stay there again.
