Had an pleasant stay Springhill Suites. Complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. Some parts of the hotel was under renovation but it was a beautiful place & I bet after the renovation are down it will be even more better
Great location, a nice change from chain hotels, but the cost/value was lacking a bit. Rooms are OK, not great. While small-ish is the norm in LA, more upscale finishes would have made for a better impression. Bedding also was OK, not great, and various types of pillows would have been welcome in ...
This property was situated downtown near several venues where a lot of events were taking place. They have a courtesy driver who will take you anywhere you want to go within a certain mileage and that was wonderful! The drivers I had were exceptional and very patient!!
When we first arrived, it was a very welcoming experience provided by Corey. Upon arrival my finance received a complimentary glass of champagne and since Corey didn't want me to go empty handed I got a stuffed animal since we were there for our babymoon. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. ...

Our insiders share the best time to go on a Los Angeles vacation, where to go, plus insider gems from Long Beach to Union Station.
With Los Angeles weather, it is hard to find a bad time to go to L.A. and rates are competitive year-round. Get in on the action during peak season (June to September) when the beach is full, the temperatures range from the 70s and into the 90s, and dinner reservations are key. March and April, and October through November bring mild temps and sunny skies, as well as late fall's cool Santa Ana winds.
But if tourists and sunshine aren't a concern, visit during winter (December to March) when rain is common, and the scene is a little more laid-back (exception: the awards ceremonies). And to fill your itinerary with celeb spotting, start with the Golden Globes in mid-January to late February, and the Oscars in late February or March. (Television lovers, the Emmys are in late summer.)
