Nice, attentive staff and comfortable beds for a good nights sleep, but you will pay a $40 parking fee for each night, and endure a trip back in time using their outdated cable TV program. There are better options!

Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Parking is an additional fee which is inconvenient. The bedding did have stains. I would consider staying again even though I had to ask multiple times for additional pillows.

The main water pipeline from the city was broken and there was no water For 48 hours. The staff were incredibly helpful. They brought cartons of drinking water to our rooms, for drinking, bathing and flushing the toilet. The hotel was very kind and generous.....they gave us free $40 breakfasts and $40 lunches each !

While convenient to LAX, I'd recommend not selecting this hotel. Both the room and the service were lacking. The bathroom condition was so bad upon arrival I had to immediately request a new room. While the room was changed, the service was insincere. In the past, I've always had good luck with Hyatt. Now, I trust this brand a little less.

They Hyatt is a modern hotel as close as you can get to LAX. The rooms and lobby are great. And there is ample self parking behind the hotel for a reasonable price. The reason for knocking it down a star was because a cleaning person came in to clean the room at 4:30 am!?! This has never happened to me in over 40 years of traveling. When I called the front desk they said they would look into it but never called back.....

This hotel is close in at LAX airport. Modern design, attentive staff and comfortable, quiet rooms make the stay restful and relaxing. The cafe in the lobby has quick tasty meals for reasonable prices.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable, especially at a very affordable price. The pool was big and a lot of fun. Although the service was kind of slow (when we asked for extra towels and such) they made up for it by being nice and friendly. The room was large and perfect for my stay.

Hotel is neat, clean, and very posh. The only con is the location of the Hotel. Traffic is horrible. You are driving along with people who are trying to get into the airport. Your drive to get into the hotel is a long wait.

I stayed here for an attorney convention and was surprisingly pleased - from the food to the guest services. Very good customer service. I would stay here again. Overall it was a great experience and I would return. The parking situsution is not ideal bc you can't go in and out unless you pay more. It's like $15 for 24 hrs but if you want in and out privileges it costs more. I wish they did it so you didn't have to pay extra for in and out privileges.

I don't know when this hotel was built, or renovated, but it feels fresh and new. Decor is young, hip and fresh. Service is good for a four star hotel. The vibe here is similar to a Hyatt Place, but it offers better service and a lounge. Room is perfectly sized and well lay out. Elevators don't have a long wait. Breakfast is really good. Decent on-site amenities. If the price is under $200, this is a great value for money. If it's over $200, it is still a good hotel to stay at.
