I enjoyed my stay here even though you have to pay for your meals. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool is heated but you have to walk outside to get to it. Everyone was very friendly! One thing though is I believe I read there were microwaves in the rooms but were told none of the rooms have them and you could use the 2 they had by the restaurant 🙁 The city view I asked for was not really a city view? But other than that I was happy 😊

King bed was not available as requested when I checkled in at 6pm. Clearly mismanagement of room inventory.

Clean and modern, professional and friendly staff.

It was a convenient location and the staff was very accomodating

This is a nice, newly renovated clean hotel at LAX. Checkin was smooth. Self-parking is reasonable (about $17/night) right next to the hotel. Internet was free. The rooms were a little bit on the small side (sort of European style) but very well laid out and nicely decorated. Beds were fine. Not much of a view, but what do you expect? Good value for the money if you need to be near the LAX area.

Friendly staffs, but the room is dirty, lots of dust and crumbs on floor inside the room!

We book a two queen bedroom , but when we arrived, the front desk told us that they overbook, so they don't have anymore double queen bedrooms , we need to stay in a regular room whith space for only one small bed , my son needed to sleep on the couch fo two nights No only that, we check in at 1:30am and the extra bed came at 4 am. We also ordered an extra set of towels the first night due to the fact that the room was only set up for 1-2 people and we were a party of 4. We never got our towels until the next day when we're about to check out. Room service never came the second day even though we were gone the whole day and didn't come back until the evening.

Not a great hotel like it is advertised and looks online

The hotel is nice and clean. Room was spacious. Shower pressure is low, probably CA rules. The fine dining room is OK, no dining bar to sit at for single dinner would be my only negative point. But the 24/7 market is good to have.

Giod to stay, just I want more information for tourist without car.

I got what I needed. a room for the night. nothing further to add. It was just a room.

Shuttle was great, no complaints for room, staff, amenities ample, quiet, clean, restful for a one night layover.

The hotel and shuttle to and from are very convenient. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The available food was very tasty, but all of the food seemed overpriced. Three dollars for a bottle of water, five dollars for a danish, etc. The staff was all very pleasant and focused on doing a good job and pleasing the occupants. The rooms are clean, well lit, and comfortable with a widescreen TV, receptacles for USB, and other ammendities. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Pros: very conveniently located to LAX - complimentary 5 minute shuttle. Spacious rooms, great staff. Cons: $40/day valet, extremely expensive restaurant

Perfect for a transit stay near LAX. Easy shuttle to/from airport. I am a single female business traveler, and was a little nervous about arriving to LAX after midnight (flight was delayed by 90 min) But it was very easy getting to the hotel from the airport. The coffee/snack counter is open 24 hours so it was great to be able to get a drink and some healthy bites so late at night.

clean room, good food, excellent service, close to the airport, friendly agents, nice atmosphere

My wife & kids loved the room we stayed in it was spotless clean.

Wonderful room. Modern, spacious and comfy. Excellent service and amenities. Will definitely stay there again.
