It would have been great if the hotel provides bottled water with no charge. This is practised in all the hotels that we have travelled , whether it is Bangkok, Hong Kong, Houston, Dallas or Naples. Why charge your guest for something that would make such a difference to their experience. I won't choose this airport hotel if I come this way again.
Very modern upscale hotel nice decor didn't have king size bed as requested so I was given voucher. Breakfast is extremely over priced and not too much to choose from . Hot food was cold . Overall nice place
Quick shuttle direct from baggage claim to the hotel - and runs 24hrs/day. Beds are great - comfy with nice linens. Full assortment of amenities in the BA and good food & wine @ the bar and market.
Victor - bellboy staff is over and above:) despite the renovation going on - staffs are available to re route us to our venues. Love this place. I am coming back for sure.
The hotel lobby is undergoing renovations. The room I was in had totally been re-done. Bed was comfortable, had a nice newer larger TV. Furniture was new and modern.
If your neighbor speak loudly, you can hear every single word.
Hotel was clean, super nice and newly renovated. Used to stay 1 night to wait for a long layover and couldn't have been more satisfied.
Close to the airport. It was under construction, quiet tho. Strange layout. I'd stay again.
This was an excellent hotel, would definitely recommend to anyone
Loved the hotel and staff. The heated pool was relaxing only complaint is parking. They should have free parking for the amount you pay
Expensive parking, but clean and very convenient. No places in the area to walk to and only eating option is hotel which is limited. Currently being refurbished so come construction, but not noisy.
Loved it. .I enjoy my stay . The parking is horrible
Recently remodeled but the shower did not work correctly. The restaurant for breakfast was a very long way from the lobby. The view was of the parking lot
Great hotel. Very modern stylish and clean. Drinks at bar restaurant overpriced. Convenient location
I stayed here for one night after landing at LAX. Getting to the hotel was free thanks to the airport shuttle (which is very common for these close hotels). Check in was fast, and the staff was extremely nice and hospitable. They offered and brought me water even. The king bed room was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom goodies even included mouthwash and toothpaste. Pool was very nice and with no other guests using it. No jacuzzi though which was disappointing. Amazing hotel if you want to stay as close to the airport as possible. Important- location isn't good for anything else though.
The noise in early am (fr construction/remodeling) messed my much needed sleep!!
Here on vacation. Wanted to stay close to the airport due to Los Angeles traffic. Hotel was great. Be willing to pay a lot of money on food at the hotel. Their prices are high. I paid $35.00 for breakfast. It was french toast, omelet, and side order of bacon. Other than that, it is a great hotel. If you are on business then this would be the perfect hotel because your company is paying for your food. If you are on pleasure, then get a car rental and go out for food. Again, the hotel was excellent and I would stay here again.
There's nothing to say but I had a wonderful stay! I loved everything about the hotel especially the staff that was willing to go above and beyond to make the experience great!
The hotel was awesome! I love that there was a shuttle to pick us up, which was always on time. We were able to check-in early without any issues and was offered a complementary late check-out. The staff went above and beyond with world class customer service. We ate at the lounge on the first floor one day and the food and drinks were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is great, i chose this one because i have stayed at Hyatt's before and they have been great and this one is no exception. The staff was friendly and real nice and the room was better than i expected. I just stayed one night and it was a good night, i arrived late that night and had to park on the 6th floor so arrive early. The only thing i had trouble with was the $100 deposit, i wanted to put it in cash as the other Hyatt's allowed but this one had to have a credit card which i didn't have so i had to call someone to transfer some money to my bank for this one problem. The cleaning of the room was really good but they could be better at checking the bottles of water.
