I saw a few negative reviews so I wasn’t sure what to expect but this place is great. Staff nice, rooms big and clean and you don’t feel like you are right off of Sunset when you are here. It is very quiet and secluded!

While the room appeared clean, there was a horrible smell in the room. The smell resembled a shelter or nursing home where people might have accidents frequently. The staff was very rude and unwelcoming . The food/ room service was expensive and yet it was so bad that I couldn’t really Eat anything . Not to mention that they had forgotten some items That I had ordered . Overall, I am very disappointed in this hotel. I’ve stayed there before and never had such a bad experience. But I cannot imagine staying in a upscale hotel and having this experience, especially the smell😞 I will Not stay in this hotel ever again
