Rooftop bar was awesome! We want to try ping pong next time!

After we checked in and opened the room door, someone was already there. It was most terrified experience for us and the person in the room. The staff said it must have some mixe up but this kind of thing never let it happen. Next morning when I checked out, I was charged coffee that I never ordered. Unbelievable weak system to manage customer information. Not sure about weak system or just a human error, but no excuse for these mess and insecurities.

Room's bed was not comfortable and awkward to get in as it was so low. The shower tub combo was dangerous to use and easy to slip in. We just wanted a shower and this combo was an 'upgrade' since booked room was not ready at check in.

I stayed two nights while on a business trip. While this hotel was designed for the under 40 crowd I felt comfortable and enjoyed the energy of the young people in the restaurant and bars.

Staff was rude and room was an open space with no character

Great modern accommodations. Perfect if you have things to do in downtown LA

the room was fine but had a platform that was not very comfortable

The front desk employees were rude. I was there celebrating my bday w some friends, and they wouldn't allow them to put their bags in my room while we were using the pool. The hotel is way overpriced for the service u get. I'll never make that mistake again :/

It was great and great views of down town.. Would like to stay here again

really cool hotel with some truly unique amenities. the rooftop pool/patio/bar/lounge was amazing and the perfect spot to unwind before dinner. The room was comfy and cool, loved the elevated bed and simple decor. Will be back to claim to ping pong tables again!!!

The Standard was just around the corner from the conference. The décor was cool - hard to find the lobby cool. Room was minimal, modern. Had no washcloth to use with the given liquid soap - but the hotel had overall appeal. Not child friendly.

First, this hotel has an amazing rooftop patio bar. For couples or business travelers looking to unwind, this detail is almost all you need. The location is also great, with many restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. The transit accessibility is also high. The room decor is fun. The only weird element is that there is a window in the bathroom, allowing someone in the main room to see into the bathroom. I traveled by myself, so I didn't have to confront the possibility of someone seeing me on the toilet?

The hotel was amazing, only dislike was the parking that was $30 a night. otherwise it was perfect.

Stayed at Wow! room. Really spacious and open layout. Huge bathroom. Complimentary access to the rooftop.

We like the Standard in NYC - so we decided to stay at the Standard in LA. The roof top area was nice. The gym was pretty good. The room had a stale smell.

it was a nice hotel we enjoyed our stay for the week. we will return the next time we are in LA

It was fun and the fiod was great i would reco.mend it to everyone if u need a cool hip place to stay.

Stayed here Christmas Eve and was pleasantly surprised with a house/funk music event on the rooftop that night. First time staying here after partying at standard many times. Overall great experience.

Good ammenities. Good food. Great staff. Location and parking are an issue though. If you are in a trendy mood, a rather cool experience.

We visited Los Angeles for a weekend and had a great time staying at The Standard. It was hard to find the standard the first day but it got easier. Remember to stay in the far left lane when you are on Flower Street. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were really nice and valet allows unlimited in and out trips which was great cause parking is really expensive downtown. The gym was also well equipped and breakfast at the hotel was fairly priced. We really enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant and the patio. We would definitely stay here again.
