This hotel is terrible do not waste your time nor your money. My wife and I had a horrible horrible time. We scheduled three nights but checked out only stay one night after a couple rooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. I wanted to leave the same night of our arrival, however the night clerk ensured me that house keeping would be in early in the morning. In addition, it was already past 11:30 p.m. in downtown Los Angeles. Our 1st Room appeared as if it hadn't been vacuumed or at least not recently. The carpet was tattered and torn. The baseboards look as if they were never wash let alone painted after its 1st time. There was semen stains on the bed comforter. The 2nd room a little better than the 1st room however the tub was filthy. When I reported this concern (to Ed The manager) I simply told it was "wear and tear" I reply to him "I am 40 years old... I know what's scum looks like" totally unacceptable. But the worst thing of all (being on vacation mind you) after I had reported the room being in a disarray the security guard came to the Room with cleaning supply and attempted to give it to me. I told him "that is NOT my job" he replied "it wasn't his either". House keeping came in the room at 11 a.m. As I've said in the beginning don't waste your time or your money.
Always consistent with professional staff. Clean rooms.
Property was close to stores, walking distance. Breakfast in the AM was good. Building itself is older, you can hear people next door. Also found a cockroach.
NICE GOOD SERVICE GOOD STAFF AND FREE PARKING CLOSE TO SHOPPING
Worn down,in disrepair. Broken tiles in bathroom, chipping paint, dirty.
I was here for two days im room 318. There where bed bugs that bite me on my neck. I reported this to the front desk
Little on site parking. Pillows on bed are more decorative than for sleeping. Only 16x16.
Disappointingly, one of the hotel’s security guards accosted and harassed my husband and I while we were parking. We had the parking pass clearly displayed, not to mention that you have to have a room key to even open the parking lot gate. My husband opened the gate, pulled in, and this “guard” comes running up accusing us of not having authorization without even looking at the car. This was a clear case of racial profiling (we’re black) and the front desk clerk didn’t seem at all concerned about it when we brought what had happened to his attention. He didn’t call the guy in, ask any question or anything, he just basically said “ok” and kept it moving. They definitely need some new help and new training.
Booked two rooms. One room doesn't have a remote. Someone brought the remote still doesn't work. No TV for the family the whole stay. Please have your staff check if everything works. Housekeeping clean up every after use might as well add that to their check list so they can report it to maintenance. The leather office chair is so run down there's no point keeping it there.
Room was spacious and available complimentary parking
Pleasantly surprised by a good quality stay at Ramada. I felt safe in a good area and it was close enough to the LA convention center that all my travel costs were under $3 per ride. Clean, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Thanks!
Well the hotel is ok. But they rooms are a little small and at my room they repair a hole in one of the wall but they forgot to paint again the wall. It rest presentation to the room
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel as everything was within walking distance.
The staff was nice and always answered my questions. The breakfast they offered was much better then expected.
Clean and convenient for stay after going to concert at Staples Center.
It was ok for the price but probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Surrounding areas made us a little uncomfortable.
