If youre passing through and just need somewhere to sleep that isnt too expensive this is a good spot. The area isnt the best but parking is good, on sight and across the street that is gated. Did find 2 female hairs on my towels so seems to be common with other reviews. If I just needed a place for a day or 2 and dont want to spend too much id stay again.

Luckily I only stayed here for a night. It’s a great place to just go to sleep, wake up and leave. The neighborhood is really bad. 2 miles away the hotels charge $50 to park. This one is free. I think that makes up for something. The room was clean and an easy place to go to sleep after a concert. But if you’re planning on sticking around for a few days, this probably isn’t the place for you.
Property was being renovated, and the area wasn’t very nice; but the staff was helpful and friendly and the room was just what we needed. There was no bathtub, which with a kid was disappointing, but since we were only staying one night, it wasn’t that big of a deal.
Beds were horrible to sleep on
Very noisy. Lots of conversations and argumets right outside my door as people passed by. Almost like an apartment complex rather than a hotel. The staff was friendly though.
This hotel is terrible do not waste your time nor your money. My wife and I had a horrible horrible time. We scheduled three nights but checked out only stay one night after a couple rooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. I wanted to leave the same night of our arrival, however the night clerk ensured me that house keeping would be in early in the morning. In addition, it was already past 11:30 p.m. in downtown Los Angeles. Our 1st Room appeared as if it hadn't been vacuumed or at least not recently. The carpet was tattered and torn. The baseboards look as if they were never wash let alone painted after its 1st time. There was semen stains on the bed comforter. The 2nd room a little better than the 1st room however the tub was filthy. When I reported this concern (to Ed The manager) I simply told it was "wear and tear" I reply to him "I am 40 years old... I know what's scum looks like" totally unacceptable. But the worst thing of all (being on vacation mind you) after I had reported the room being in a disarray the security guard came to the Room with cleaning supply and attempted to give it to me. I told him "that is NOT my job" he replied "it wasn't his either". House keeping came in the room at 11 a.m. As I've said in the beginning don't waste your time or your money.
