Had a great experience at the Roosevelt. I got a free upgrade when check-in. Our room had a great view of downtown LA.

Will was very helpful! Hard worker for sure! Intiral impression was horrible after our room was not ready when we arrived after check in time but staff was accommodating

loved it! clean hotel, nice and helpful staff, close to many attractions or only a short ride away.

Liked hotel but need a bigger pool area if they are going to entertain outside guests! I wasn't able to access pool cabanas always reserved!

Pool area & staff were amazing. Rooms walls are so shallow you can hear every conversation next to you

Had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful for most things. I will mention here that they are not very forthcoming with helpful information about other things around the hotel, and it appears that they are managed to that. When asked by phone about parking options for the rental before we arrived, we were told that the only option was the in-house valet for a hefty fee and everything else was blocks away. Arrived to find parking garages directly across the street in two different directions. We also wanted to eat something besides the one lunch option in the hotel, and asked what nearby options might be and we were told there was nothing close by. Again, 30-40 restaurants within blocks of the hotel. Would be great if they were just honest about nearby options, but having said this, I would go back. Still a great hotel.

Very beautiful, historical hotel on Hollywood Blvd. Hotel location was perfect! On the Hollywood walk of fame, dolby theatre very close. Saw the pirates of the Caribbean premiere red carpet event. Pretty awesome experience! Rooms were nice. Beds were a little small, very hard for me to sleep at night. Not a big fan of the automatic lights in the bathroom. Light went off in the middle of my shower. There was never any ice on the ice machine on our floor. Pool area was beautiful. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping was very nice! Valet could of been friendlier though. Otherwise a very nice stay in the heart of Hollywood!

We had a small room but the hotel overall experience is 5 starts!

I enjoyed the experience. The room was clean. Room service was great!

Our bath tub was dirty when we checked in, after having housekeeping clean it, I attempted to take s shower only to find the drain was clog and the water backed up. Did the cleaning lady not notice that when she cleaned it? Or did she just wipe out the dirt that was in the tub instead of actually cleaning it? There was hair in between the bed sheets and we waited hours every time we had to call housekeeping. Only good thing is we were somewhat compensated.

The lobby is way too dark and the hotel feels old and stuffy. Needs some serious remodeling!

Beautiful, old hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great location. Our only issue were the beds were a little hard for my liking. Would defiantly stay again.

This was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The staff was so friendly and very helpful. They upgraded my room to a cabana with a balcony. The room was very clean with a Hollywood style that was modern yet retro. The pool was nice, heated too. We visited all the bars and restaurants that are right there in the hotel. Great food at 25• , better cocktails at the spare room upstairs. Such a wonderful, atmoshpere here. I all be back!

Good value, classic old battleship of a hotel with nice common areas, bars and outdoor pool. Great location across from walk of fame. Nice upgrade on rooms.

A nice hotel - historic with renovated rooms. Great location for Hollywood. Surprised by extremely high parking cost.

Very clean room and comfortable as well. The hotel has a good location and friendly staff.

Cabana rooms are part of the party until 2am when the music finally stops. If you enjoy the smell of pot & don't mind that the hallway is not air-conditioned, you can feel young & liberated. On the downside, EVERY extra is extra.

Perfect location. Easy transportation., nice hotel, beautiful pool area.

Fantastic staff, gentleman who checked me out remembered that I was in town for a concert from when he was standing next to the man who checked me in three days earlier' and asked how it was when we were checking out. Location is killer, but due to easy access to all the fun Hollywood activities I didn't get to make use of the amenities. I was brought a fruity drink by a lovely young lady while lounging poolside reading which was novel. Have to pay for Wi-Fi like it's still the stone age, but I suppose no one's perfect.

It has everything you needed in the room the only thing was it was expensive but it was there if you needed it and the staff was really nice and helpful. The best thing was I had a great view of the Hollywood sign and street.
