So before booking, I read all the reviews and despite the reviews about parking and the front desk staff not speaking English. I still booked because everything else on the reviews was perfect. I will say that nothing on the reviews was true except for the front desk staff speaking English. But the hotel is located in what they call “Koreatown”so it was to be expected. Parking was a first come first serve basis but we never had a problem parking in the garage.Rooms were clean breakfast was great the beds were comfortable I couldn’t complain about anything.

Room A/C worked well. Negative was - saw cockroach in lobby. Homeless living in tents across the street. Surrounding neighborhood dirty and rundown.
I like the location of the property. I was able to go to the places I want to in a minimum travel time.
Food was good. Easy check in and out. Parking attendent was great help.

poorly maintained room. curtain rod, and toulet flush lever were broken. Street noisy kept waking me up at night. Breakfast menu are limited. Receptionist was not well trained. parking space are limited so I had to park on a street outside. Overall C-, will never stay there.

Only stayed for a day but we got into our rooms quickly. Parking a pretty congested but they made room for us.
Arrived at the hotel during the day and had access to parking, however there is no parking availability at night. Forced to park on the streets and subject to parking tickets if you don’t pay the meter. Can’t park back in the garage until cars are moved which is close to 9/10 am (parking meters start at 8 am)! Very inconvenient and should be noted upon reservation. Cancelled stay at hotel. If you don’t have a car, I would recommend. Hotel stay (for 1 night) was nice.
