Location hard to find. Photos are not what it looks like outside. Staff was rude. Room was decent. Over priced for the value

Our room was quite spacious! The people at the front desk were courteous and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed some amazing Korean food from a restaurant down the street!

The staff is terrible. The Chinese lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. The guy at the front desk was irritated by the phone calls he was receiving. You can tell that he does not like his job.

We chose this hotel for its location. We were going to spend 5 days in L.A. but were completely relying on the Metro system to get around. This hotel was close to a Metro station that made our daily trip to the Staples Center simple. But, even being on the 4th floor, we could hear ever car go by on the street outside and even people talking on the street. It is a bust street with a lot of traffic well into the night and early in the morning. I don't necessarily consider myself a light sleeper, but I didn't get more than 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night. Also, our keycards to our room stopped working the day before we left causing us to go back down to the main desk to get them reset. This is not a huge inconvenience, but shouldn't have happened. There was an issue with the WiFi being slow at times. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was what you would find at most small hotels, and the staff was always very friendly.

This hotel is located in Koreatown, clean and simple furniture. It's 10 miles from Beverly Hills. Free parking ( most hotels charge ~$20+ )

Good location Clean room Ok staff I always try to stay this place cuz of location.

Koreatown was central for me and quite interesting. i was happy that the hotel provided parking and breakfast and had relatively new rooms all at a good price.

My stay was ok. Can recommend it for friends . It's a small plc but still ok to stay

The hotel room was pretty big, good for the value of the neighborhood it was in. Probably would not come back though. If you are staying one night it is fine.

Rooms have been recently renovated Continental breakfast was plentiful Location is great

The rooms were a pleasant surprise. We were iffy about the area and look of the outside of the building, but the room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

This is absolutely the best room I've stayed in in L.A!

Remodeled hotel. Pretty decent, but elevators are really slow

Convenient location. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. No complaints.

The location was great, the hotel staff was super helpful. The room and the beds were really comfortable. For the money, I don't think it gets any better.

good: - free parking - location - price bad: - pillows (basically cushions) - breakfast (waffle maker, toast, apples, concentrate juice, and coffee) overall, it was a good deal for the location for a one-night stay over the weekend.

Not the best area, but good for the price. Needs more parking spaces, we had to park on the street outside the hotel. Also the hotel was under construction which was not told to us.

They asked us to deposit $100 to make sure we check out before 11 am next morning. I don't understand why we have to make a deposit.

The bed was comfortable & the staff was nice. The Hotel was doing renovations so I'm sure the next stay should be quite nicer.

Location of Hotel is in China Town, which was ok, not that bad. There is an IHOP super close to hotel. The rooms are Good, decent for the price. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Elevator was slow, I got a room in the 2nd floor so I didn't really have to use the elevator. Parking was limited so try to be in hotel by 9pm.
