The staff was very kind and thoughtful. The building felt safe. The rooms are very modern with cool technical amenities — electric window shades, mood lights. The pop art is cool and fun on the surface— bright, colorful, and edgy. It also objectifies women in a way that feels unsettling at times (porn sculpture, women in suggestive positions, holding phallic objects, and/or with dismembered body parts or head). Great distance from the convention center. Nearby restaurant (within a half block) — Le Draq — was amazing. Owned and operated by the chef at the neighboring Michelin starred restaurant. We. Our group tasted 20 items on the menu and not one was a dud — all creative, exquisite executions with surprise ingredients. The service was so friendly and accommodating. When I polled the group of women I travelled with, we all agreed it was a comfortable, convenient, and well serviced place. Because of the misogynistic art and graphics, half of us would have to think twice about if we wanted to stay again.

I love CitizenM. Stayed at the CDG Airport CitizenM many times and we were always pleased with the cleanliness, services and decor. I wish the coffee was a little better quality. (Lavazza?) Pillows are a little thick for my taste but overall it's a great experience and at their prices are very attractive.

Loved that there was security and staff at the front lobby all day, felt very safe and secure. The room was great and the amenities were everything we needed. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again, but if you’re a solo female traveller, the surrounding areas aren’t the best.

The bathroom is extremely small. The iPad that controls the functions of the rooms was slow and glitchy and there wasn’t an alternative to control the tv or air conditioner. Some of the staff were rude others were very friendly.

The room was very small but very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing, for the price this is easily an excellent place to stay at, your so close to all the great hangout spots or if you want an amazing bite, this place is definitely a must stay! Get the breakfast option too!!
