Issiah was very nice and helpful but our sink plugged overnight and they offered breakfast but it wasn’t noted on our chart but they gave us a reprieve from the resort fees. Also breakfast was very good but not the buffet really. Parking on site is valet only a $70 a night, but there is good street parking available. The room is very small, king bed non-suite; bed took up all the space. For a resort hotel it did not feel like we stayed in an exceptional place in the room itself.

It was louder than other times we've stayed. We were on the 6th floor and there was a huge party on the 7th, rooftop. Was supposed to end at 9:00 but not really until 9:30 or 10:00 pm. Thank you.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. They charged nearly $300 per night but the pictures of the hotel were very misleading and I don't think it's worth that price. On top of that, they charged $35 a day for "resort fees." This was no resort. The room was very tiny and I have seen better amenities at $100 night hotels. The food was so overpriced and basic. The bartender had to literally look up the ingredients for drinks in a big book so he didn't know what he was doing. On top of that I went to stay one day at the pool and I was immediately asked to leave because they were having a private party. What the heck? Me a hotel guest who paid resort fees has to leave? Oh and they charge about $70 per night for parking. Do not stay at this hotel. LA has a lot more options.

Great Location, Friendly staff,walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, attractions..Only downside there is a nightclub across the street very noisy some nights,Also There is a Fire station nearby and we heard sirens quite often during the night...Overall Would recommend this property and I look forward Returning!
