First not slept in very cold room the was not working

was a great time, other than the recommendations for nightlife. got there at 9 pm and asked concierge for recommendations on where to go out with my friend and they recommended a place that landed us in the ghetto where we were in the middle of people fighting everywhere.

If you're in Los Angeles to drive around to all the tourist traps, this isn't the place for you. However, if you want a quiet, comfortable, clean room in the authentic heart of the city, this is it. The rates are reasonable for downtown. I've stayed here before, and I'll stay here again.

I love this hotel. Great location, spacious rooms, wonderful staff. The hotel is an architecture landmark, old and charming. While the style may not suit those with modern, minimalist taste, it is perfect for me.

We came to Los Angeles on Amtrak from Seattle and were returning broth bound the next day.

Short stay for business. Classic and upscale hotel.

Nice hotel in good location but rooms are very old fashioned carpet stinks as bathroom too need to update rooms

The room and halls stank of must. And I never received the all important wake-up call. The bathroom counter sink was only 2 feet wide and the toilet was the same that you would find at a gas station.

Our stay at the Millennium Bitlmore Hotel was ok. We stayed in a Suite facing downtown for 6 days. It was clean, although housekeeping arrived until 3pm a few times. We were on the fourth floor and had to constantly go downstairs for quick questions like (more towels) as the phones were always busy. We drove to a nearby restaurant and brought the food to our suite only to find out we weren't given forks or spoons. The suite didnt have any so I thought I'd run to the lobby and ask the restaurants downstairs for disposable spoons even if I had to purchase them, but the staff were very rude. Especially the male in the Chinese restaurant. The lady in the bar as well, looked at me up and down as I asked her a question. It was late and I was in sweats, but I felt as if I had to look like a million bucks to get respect. I payed alot of money to stay 6 days here and I also payed for valet everyday. I bumped into a maintenance male (JUAN) on my way up and asked if he by any chance had any access to disposable silverware and within 3 minutes, he knocked at our door with silverware. Funny thing was the package they were in was from the Chinese restaurant. Overall, the stay wasn't too bad, but a little boost on customer service would be highly appreciated by paying customers.

The hotel is very lovely. The architecture is amazing and each room unique. The staff was helpful and room was relaxing and nice to sleep in. Taking pictures was a issue and I did get stopped twice by security for taking pictures of myself in the hotel and was told I was not allowed to do so even as a guest. that was upsetting to me and the only complaint But a big one!

All staff were courtious, helpful and friendly. Front desk helped us get an upgrade as we had an unexpected third person come with us.

I enjoyed my stay as the staff was professional and the room was better than expected for a landmark of this age.....

Grand old lady but very tired. Plumbing is very slow so you stand a couple inches in the shower water since the drain empties at a snails pace.

I visited the Hollywood Bowl for a concert, Beverly Hills, Paramount Studios Tour, Santa Monica & Malibu, LA Museum of Modern Art. Hotel was pretty close to most places a tourist would be interested in .

Overall, our experience was positive. We were attending graduation at USC, so the location worked well as it was close to campus, and it also is convenient to the freeway system.

Hotel is in need of a total renovation. Guest room water faucets did not work. On Saturday, there was a commercial filming in addition to a protest a few blocks away. We could not return to hotel for 4 hours because every street around hotel was closed. Hotel knew about the closures but did not warn its guests. Stay someplace else.

Staff was excellent. Old school classic vibe. Room was solid. Bathrooms need work, sounds like they are upgrading faculties. Overall great staff and location.

If you have something to do in (or near) downtown Los Angeles the Biltmore is a very good option.

Only looby was good, The room was very dirty every things was dirty
