Dirty carpets (and, in some parts, it looked like it has never been cleaned), beds that barely fit a single person, a bathroom the size of those in RVs, paints chipped off at many places, a bathtub faucet that does not fully open, a bathtub that leaks water into the floor. It is among, if not the, worst hotel stays I have experienced in 30+ years (and those includes hotels in many third world countries). In summary: motor inn class accommodation, Ritz-Carlton class price. (Although, to be fair, the heart-of-Downtown-LA drives the price of anything high)

The staff was Not friendly, we arrived around 11am they did not allow us to check in, the valet guys (Leo) was very rude , the recepcion girl Roll her eyes when i asked something about the parking garage. To be honest, there are alot of nicer places to stay in LA.

The Biltmore is a grand hotel in downtown Los Angeles. The room and bathroom are showing their age but still reasonably comfortable.

The room was very bad and had a broken bathroom. The room I was given was not the room I had reserved. It had to be changed later. The breakfast staff were very rude and unfriendly, but the reception staff were very polite and helpful. We couldn't fully enjoy the hotel because there was constant noise. The valet wasn't there when I arrived.

The room was dirty upon check in we found dried excruments in the toilet. The staff was not apologetic and was slow on resolving the issue. No hot water in the room, Tissue paper box was empty, cracks on the ceiling and the windows were dirty and paint peeling off

The room was good. There was only one set of electrical sockets on one side of the bed. Would be better to have them on both sides. The room upgrade was great. The hotel is really beautiful.
