I loved the historical background for the property and the corridor that chronicals it. Checkin and out went perfectly smooth. The bartenders were awesome too!

Bad customer service at checking, they make you check in on line and when you get there you have to do it all over again and ask you for the same things you already uploaded. they gave me the excuse we didn't get to your on line checking, we had too many to do. they give you no information about the Hotel, no room location, no wifi or services information

Overall was good to stay here.

For the price payed is not worth it. Old,uncomfortable. Nothing to do.

Beautiful property with very spacious rooms.

Pretty much overall the property was nice clean well kept will stay again.

The lobby is stunning! Even if you don’t stay here you should see this grand hotel.

Noisy property. Everything in the hallway was heard in the room and the noise of people on the street was also heard in the room.

Old hotel and bad views of wall outside window.

Not enough Restaurants in the area. Surrounding area looks to be unsafe

The staff at the check in desk was not friendly or helpful, the shower had a used bar of soap still inside of it, and hair all over the shower wall.

My expectations were not met. For such a grand old hotel I expected that are services. There’s no longer a concierge and they no longer have room service. After speaking with the staff sadly, they’re still recovering from the pandemic. I sincerely hope as they recoup from the pandemic the services are brought back especially room service and most especially the concierge!

Great stay, nice location

Outdated and needs remodel

When we checked in, the clerk ARGUED with us repeatedly! He did not stop until we requested to see a manager, who he did not contact, but reluctantly conceded that we were correct. What a horrid welcome! The barista on the lower level was as charming as always— a total delight! Bldg is gorgeous, guest room ok. Never found a fridge in “deluxe” room n no outlet by bed for cell. Also no grab bar or mat in bathtub— scary. Was not shown my bill when I checked out— hope there are no surprises. Overall pleasant, but easily could be improved.

Beautiful historic hotel and very well kept up for a historic hotel. Area around hotel is clean and safe. Rooms were small and need a little TLC but very clean and comfortable

Vintage ambiance beautiful…. Large pictures of Academy Award galas and attendees… great by gone history… even like the antique door knobs🤗
