Overnight stay. Beautiful property, I booked a king size room, it was really beautiful, the view was beautiful. Afternoon front desk was super friendly, I thought I wouldn’t have anything bad to say but…. The comfort of the bed was horrible. It was super firm, I could feel the springs, the pillows were flat and more like throw pillows stuffed in an oversized pillow case. I woke up with stiff neck and no sleep. When I told the front desk, they said we will notify management and I should have called last night, I wasn’t going to move my stuff at 1am in the morning. I went down to get some water for my coffee maker and I was referred to the coffee shack, I asked another staff and they gave me a glass of water. They said upon check in complimentary breakfast starts at 7am, I went down and they said I need a voucher from the front desk. It wasn’t worth me going back up. I had a funeral to attend at 9am. For the $185/night, it wasn’t worth it! I should have booked at the comfort in and saved $100 bucks.
