Water in shower takes forever to get hot and we paid $35 to rent a refrigerator we had to send back twice and get new ones cuz after two hours they didn’t get cold at all sons of our food even spoiled

The room was dated. Beds were hard, no internet TV. The hotel was relatively empty. They still grouped several rooms together. We could hear people in the halls until late at night but even worse in the morning, doors were slamming and people were loud in the hallways around 5:30 am. I understand the hotel cannot force people to be quiet but there could have easily spread people out so we would not be on top of each other

The overall property, without Covid restrictions, is probably lovely. HOWEVER, my room had the worst shower that I have every experienced. It was so uncomfortable that I skipped my morning shower on the day I left. HORRIBLE. The lighting in the room was so bad that I called as soon as I put down my bags. The facilities guy who arrived said "yes, it is very DIM" before he changed out the bulb over the desk. He was helpful. Too bad the shower wasn't fixed as well.

Accommodations were good. Attention was good to protocol of current pandemic conditions. Always cleaning, wiping everywhere, etc. Felt safe. Very convenient for 2-day golf tournament. Outdoor food service great, too.

The rooms are showing age. The beds are hard and not very comfy. Hot water takes over five minutes to come out of the shower. The corridors to the rooms, and all adjacent areas also showing age. Carpet is old. Balcony decks are all cracked and peeling. Not a lot of channels on TV in English. Very quiet environment, never heard a peep. The view is gorgeous. The restaurants are nice. Parking is convenient.

I am happy to stsy in there. Everything is perfect!!!!!! I will come back pretty soon.

The view was amazing! Incredible value for your money!

price what we paid and get back for the room and service are kind of disappointment . only good if you are a golfer i guess . everything is pricey in room mini bar . not even free water . medium size bottle of water is $5 each .. lol

The view from our room was amazing. Nice to have room service. Staff was great.

Nice infrastructure. The swimming pool is heated and from the Jacuzzi there is a amazing view of the city, BUT the Jacuzzi's water were a bit too green for me... so we ended up not get in the Jacuzzi. Bathroom was not spotless (I saw some stain in the toilet seat), overall it was just clean.

Thank you for staying with us. Sorry to hear of the disappointment with the room and neighbors. Although we endeavor to spread out guests during low occupancy we are not always able to do so.
