I've been here about 4 times now, I really love the place it really is a comfort to be here. Unfortunately this time I did deal with some inconveniences this time around, the TV had vertical lines had to ask for a replacement, the shower handle to set hot and cold was reversed, and the sink was clogged. I just dealt with the minor inconveniences except for the TV my kids were not gonna have it 😆. But overall this place is alright. The staff are courteous and respectful and they accommodated my needs for the TV. I did not mention the other minor inconveniences but I meant to before leaving hopefully this post lets them know to go fix that room.
