Staff alert ready to assist and very clean. No problems

Comfy and awesome breakfast.. would prefer this hotel next time..

Personally really like the area the hotel was at, it was near other hotels and near restaurants and shopping centers. Also really close to the freeway. The hotel itself was really nice and pretty. Bed was comfortable. The room tended to get a little hot in the middle of the night but we had the AC on auto , so that definitely helped keep the room cool.

Location stores and restaurants in walking distance or just a five minute drive.

I loved how clean the property was. The rooms were very clean. I loved how clean the bathroom was. The rooms were a little small but overall great experience. Wished that there would have been a hot tub. Our initial experience with a front desk staff one of the girls was very rude no, the other was very sweet. Can't remember names. Should put people that want to work in customer service upfront checking people in. Just a thought.

Family member found a dirty spoon on the floor. Son had an allergic reaction while laying in bed. After discussion with emergency response (firemen) we could only conclude that the bedding was not thoroughly cleaned. My son has a sesame allergy and the lotion in the room uses sesame oil. The staff was very polite.

Excellent hotel close to Cal Poly Pomona We chose Hampton Inn many times when we visited our college student child in Cal Poly Pomona, with its nice staff, clean room, good breakfast, and etc. Sometimes we chose other hotels due to lack of available rooms, but still thought Hampton Inn was better.

It is a very nice hotel, good location &clean. Close to a lots of restaurants and shopping .

Nice place to stay at, but I suggest don’t get a room on the 1st floor. It was hard getting a good night sleep from the loud people in the lobby.

Nice stay, comfortable place, clean and friendly, but when I booked I thought it said there was a microwave in each room, that is the only reason I booked it, otherwise I'd have gone back to the Holiday Inn, as we tried another hotel but they didn't have a microwave in the room so chose not to go back....if I'd known there wasn't one in the room and only in the lobby at the breakfast area then I wouldn't have booked it, so most likely won't go back unless they provide a microwave for the room, otherwise I liked it better than the Holiday Inn, but for the money, I'll go back to the Holiday Inn next time in Feb. Sorry, but that is one thing I expect a hotel room to have along with the mini fridge!

Hampton Inn is one of the best hotels I have stayed in LA area. It has a big parking lot, and is next to several great restaurants. By driving across a street, we can shop in Target, Walmart, and other superstores. It is also next to Rte10 so that only take less than a minute to get on Rte10 to LA direction. It takes about 10 minutes driving to Cal Poly Pomona so that I recommend any families visiting their children in CPP should choose this hotel. The coffee supplies are unlimited into midnight. The free breakfast has many options including egg, sausage, bake potato, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, cakes, juice, and etc. It is worth to spend a little more fee than others to have such delicious meal.

Nice Hotel, very clean and quiet even though going under some construccion; also walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping plaza. Plenty of free parking.

Good breakfast spread. Outdoor pool was nice. Nice basic hotel. Plenty of free parking.

The hotel was very nice overall, including staff's kindness, room cleanliness, swimming pool availability (we did not use it), and free breakfast. Things can be improved include furniture arrangement (so that we would have space to set up a table with people around it. Right now the space was congested) and more variety of breakfast. The bacon was too thin to give satisfactory feeling while eating. Suggested to use thicker bacon or not serve it at all.

The hotel was under renovations and did not provide the normal level of Hampton service. Only one elevator was operating, swimming pool was not available. The rooms were fine. I would not have stayed there if I had been told about its current condition.

Did not know the pool was going to be out of service. My children wee very disappointed.I would like to stay at another Hampton will a good and working pool for three 3days for no charge. I think that's fair.

Loved the breakfast, staff is nice and the room was clean. Only downside is the room is really small and only1 elevator was working.

This was a terrible stay. You should drop hampton inn at west covina off of your list. The hotel was under renovation. Parking was hard to find. Air conditioning did not work in room 131. Bathroom tub floor was filthy. Ice machine didn't work on first floor. Elevator was extremely slow. Breakfast was very crowded since no breakfast room existed, only two individual rooms. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. Worst hampton inn I have ever stayed in.
