I liked everything once i enter my room smelled so good everything was clean my bed and bed sheets were so clean very quiet. breakfast was excellent staff at front desk were very polite welcoming and very nice i will definitely will stay here again i has stayed at doubletree at anaheim room was not so clean didnt smell good and when i came here to best Western i was like know this is a room and clean and every one here are the best they make you feel welcomed
The only negatives was the toilets in these rooms they were extremely loud and would wake me up. Also l wasnt able to get any natural light due to my room facing the parking lot. The positive is that the desk clerk Alex was cordial, helpful, extremely kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you Alex
Friendly, breakfast was very good, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Pool was clean but the water was too cold to swim and the jacuzzi was cold as well.
