Staff very accommodating and professional. Valet personnel, Jonathan is very polite Andy attentive, Maria at front desk listened and accommodatednour request to accommodate our son's allergies. Breakfast was great and restaurant staff efficient and maintained cleanliness in the restaurant.

Located close to Hollywood blvd, within a short drive to the Griffith Observatory which provides great views of the city and Hollywood sign. Highly recommended!

This Hotel is close to Hollywood boulevard and also close to route 101 needed to go to Disneyland, Universal Studios, downtown L.A. and L.A. zoo. It's also not too far from Griffith park, Las Feliz blvd and Beverly Hills by car. They have valet parking for $20 a night. As previous reviewers mentioned, it is nearly impossible to make a left turn out of the hotel parking garage as N. Highland street is a very busy street. You need to make a right out of the hotel then make a u-turn at the third traffic light. Their breakfast is the best I've ever had in a hotel (I always pick hotels that have free breakfast). Their scrambled eggs and cinnamon swirls are great. Hollywood Blvd is about three short blocks away. We stayed in the third floor. The breakfast, pool and fitness room are located in the fourth floor. The only downside with being in the third floor, if you are a late riser, is the possibility to get disturbed by a fitness fanatic using the treadmill early in the morning, which you will be able to hear from your room. It is a great hotel and I would recommend it to anyone I knew.

Amazing all things i love it so much not more to say

I chose this hotel from a list of "recommended" hotels on my daughter's college website. It served its purpose. The hotel was clean, as was my room. The staff that I interacted with from the front desk, the staff in the breakfast bar, the valets were friendly and cordial. Hotel is a very short walk to Hollywood Boulevard, including TLC Chinese theatre, Dolby theatre, etc. I read a review somewhere that stated it was nearly impossible to make a left hand turn out of the hotel and boy are they right! Thankfully I didn't need to travel that way but trying to get into the parking garage turning left is quite a challenge too!

This hotel was in a perfect location. If places weren't in walking distance, we could get there via uber for less than $7. Also, very friendly and helpful staff.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. The staff was exceptional and very responsive to our requests. The complimentary breakfasts were outstanding. The water pressure in the shower was unbelievable. The only downsides were the swimming pool and paying for parking. The pool was very small and located poorly. I've never paid for parking at a hotel before. We found this a bit odd considering how much we paid for the room.

Loved that we could walk to everything. Dinner, sites, entertainment.

The staff was VERY helpful and curtious at check-in and at breakfast. The room was very clean but you could tell it needs a remodel and better maintenance. The gym is an absolute joke! They have a room with no ventilation, no free space to even sit or stretch and all machines are broken or very worn. This hotel is perfect for staging a Universal trip but at the price of the stay I would expect more from the condition of the hotel. The nice staff and very friendly ladies at breakfast make this a 4-star up from the deserving 3-star it should receive.

Valet was NOT optional, it was REQUIRED. We prefer to park ourselves so this was a little disappointing. Access to the parking area was confusing when we first arrived but we eventually figured it out. You can hear normal conversation levels of sound from rooms while in the hall. Our room itself was comfortable, clean. A/C worked well. Nice to have fridge/safe. The bathroom faucet ONLY released hot water. So after it ran a few seconds it was scalding. Had to use tub faucet for face/hand washing, tooth brushing. We were too tired to deal w/hassle of asking for repair/new room. Breakfast spread was awesome. Staff were very friendly. Overall, it wasn't horrible but next trip to Universal, we'll stay at the Sheraton again.

I have never in my life taken a shower with so much water. There was no way to limit the flow without freezing. I live in the central valley where LA gets its water from. We are having a drought. It should be a crime to waste water like this.

Great weeked, great location, great costumer service!

Visit LA with my 14 years old son and my husband couldn't come with us. I was worry about the safety in this big city and I don't want to drive in LA. This hotel is a right decision. We use star line hop on hop off which is two blocks away from this hotel. Very convenience and safe.

Great hotel near hollywood atractions, clean and comfortable rooms ,very nice staff ,we love to come back to this hotel

We had a great family vacation. Slight disappointment that the pool was not available ( due to construction ), it turned out ok as we were busy enough. Nice quiet room, helpful staff, great location.

Good people, good service! It was a good night in hollywood.

I arrive past midnight due to late flight, they were ready and waiting for me. Very peaceful night. Huge massive room for just one person.

Good night stay. Location was ideal. Exactly what I expect from this class of hotel.

The staff was wonderful and answered any questions we had about sightseeing. Had maps that was needed and even printed out ones. The rooms were within walking distance to the Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre, Dolby Theatre, LA tour bus and a lot of restaurants. It was a nice area and we felt safe. The breakfast was great each morning.

Great staff, very helpful and professional. Location of hotel a huge plus.
