En general, mi experiencia en este hotel fue regular. Aunque el lugar tiene potencial, hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorar para ofrecer una estadía más agradable. El trato del personal, en ocasiones, se percibió poco amable y no muy orientado al servicio, lo que hizo que la experiencia no fuera tan acogedora como esperaba. Además, considero que las habitaciones necesitan mayor atención en términos de limpieza y mantenimiento. Por otro lado, el desayuno resultó bastante básico y con opciones limitadas, por lo que no cumplió del todo con las expectativas. Con algunas mejoras en servicio, limpieza y oferta de desayuno, la experiencia podría ser mucho mejor. Sin embargo, el hotel está cerca de todo lo que necesitas.

For breakfast there was no bagels, no bread. Breakfast closing is 9:00 am that is little bit early. Getting waffles for breakfast process needs smooth and requires improvement. Shower head was hanging in air, needs to be fixed.

The front desk staff is unprofessional and rude and not welcoming of certain nationalities. The hotel had bathroom had mold and rust. The breakfast didn’t have any hot foods besides waffles. No elevator so need to carry luggage up the stairs. Honestly the entire staff needs to be changed. Whatever you do, do not come here!

The hotel offers an excellent location for anyone visiting Universal Studios, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Griffith Observatory, and other major attractions. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, which makes the stay very convenient. The property also provides free parking (a rare benefit in Los Angeles) and a simple complimentary breakfast, which includes a very good waffle. It is a small hotel without an elevator, so guests need to carry their luggage up the stairs, but the building has a maximum of two floors, which minimizes the inconvenience. Overall, it provides very good value for the price.
