The hotel was amazing quick check in. The room was very clean the atheistic of the hotel is amazing. It was very loud at night made it a little difficult to fall asleep. The area is not the best when you travel with kids. They have no self parking within the premises Valet is expensive. Had to park a few blocks down. Be ready to walk if you don’t want to pay $60 for valet. Didn’t dine at the property but the restaurant area looked inviting. The area is not the best but it’s downtown so you’ll see and hear all kinds of things.

She provided me with some great insight about California seeing as this was my first trip to the West Coast and the staff overall was just so amazing and attentive! The bed itself was clean and made up. However, the bed frame was dusty (area around the power outlet, which is right next to your pillow). The area around the hotel is awful— I’ve never felt so unsafe in a city, and I live in NYC. The smell of pee, large amount of homeless, and overall dirtiness is everywhere and terrible.
