Perfect location and great service. Hotel was clean and beautoful

Although we had problems with our room the staff did everything possible to make it better. They were amazing and all problems were solved!!

Overall great stay but 1 major complaint: We ordered room service for two one night but we had nowhere to sit together in the room to enjoy our dinner!!! The desk can accomodate 1 person and the second person had to eat on the bed! And this was a double room with double occupancy, not just a single room with a guest for dinner! Usually they would bring some sort of roller table or something so the 2 guests can eat their dinner together. This was a huge let down coming from a luxury hotel.

Wonderful stay with upgrades, a late check out and a bar credit. Very attentive staff and hotel is in the heart of it all. Perfecto!

Nice hotel but have stayed there several times over the years and it is starting to show its age. I’d stay there again, but only for the right price.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great location. Pillows and bed are a little too soft for me.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, shopping, Rodeo Drive and nice restaurants. The beds are uncomfortable.

Excellent staff, great location, live entertainment, price value is on matched in the local area

Always great price/value. Fast service Live entertainment clean room great location

Very beautiful hotel however, frustrating that the bar closed before 11 each night when it was supposed to be open until 1am. Talked to others who were staying there filming and said bartender had been closing early the weeks they had been there. We wanted to catch up with friends and had to leave or go up in the room. When you spend that kind of money, you expect to get service the hours posted.

Very well located hotel! 20 minutes away from Universal studio Hollywood and 25 minutes only from LAX airport!

Top notch staff and a five-star treatment. Rooms are not all that, but the beds are super comfy.

Staff was great. Fri badly. Courteous. View was great also.

Very pleasant place to stay. Staff was exceptional.

Wonderful hotel, prompt valet and very courteous staff!

Wonderful hotel and staff. Comfy bed, great shower!

Somewhat in disrepair. Great staff , friendly and attentive . The people make this a great place but the hotel needs some TLC

Its a decent hotel. Business class but not luxury. Hotel rooms are a little small and in need of some refurbishment. Best thing about the hotel is its location.

I stayed at the Sofitel in the middle of January. The hotel staff was very helpful, very kind. The Restaurant was lovely. I even used the swimming pool even though was hardly over 60 F. However was very disappointed when I entered the room. A final touch was missing and I even questioned for a moment if the sheets were changed. I expected a bit more from this class of hotel.

Everything was good except when I was checking in they said there's was no reservation. They blamed it on Orbitz but I have always booked with orbitz and never had this problem before.
