Location to RasouliSpine surgery center & Cedar Sinai. Came for neck surgery and the staff was great at the desk & valet parking. Also, desk told me & gave me a card to book directly for my next back surgery & price matching. More flexibility on stay if things go long

I was really disappointed during my stay, having stayed at many other Sofitel hotels I was expecting a level of attention and service which I had received in the other locations but this one was like staying at a Super 8 hotel, the staff was rude and dismissive and just lacked the attention to detail other Sofitels had gotten me used to. Overall I would never stay at this location ever again.

This is my favorite hotel in LA. Excellent top line service, good restaurant, up to date rooms and atmosphere. Perfect location to access Bev Hills. WEHO, Hollywood. Value for dollar is excellent.
