The staff and the hotel are very nice and very pretty. The room is very comfortable. However, the snacks were very old and not edible. It had to be discarded yet I was still charged. There was no notice given at the pool was not usable. They didn’t allow me to go to the Sister property however that cost another $20 to use the valet and quite inconvenient to have to pack up and go somewhere else. The room should have been discounted or at least least I could’ve been notified. I would’ve chosen another hotel.

For me, the room location was perfect. It was at the end of the hall with stairwell on one end. Quiet and peaceful the entire stay.
