This is our second time staying here over the holidays. Every member of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the restaurant and bar area is very nice. I highly recommend.

Of our 7 nights, we had 3 nights where there was nohousekeeping service when we returned end of the day. When we followed up on phone, housekeeping personnel was super rude and blamed us for the lack of housekeeping servce (she expects us to call whenever we need service). First time i hear this in all the hotels i have stayed. Basin was stuck and certain blinds. Very disappointing considering Aria is one of the better hotels in Vegas.
