Close to the Los Angeles Airport LAX, the airport shuttle service is good.

I chose this hotel because of the reputation the Westin hotel brand has. LA has many choices but went with the Westin Bc I believed I would have a relaxing experience. This hotel makes you put more effort to have your hotel room cleaned. I’ve traveled to many many countries and domestically to many states and have NEVER had to put effort into having the BASIC default “option” of simply having your room cleaned and your bed made. The very least a hotel can do for the very reason of staying in a hotel. Apparently you have to put the card on a bed and all towels on the floor, which wasn’t known and therefore NOTHING was even cleaned. No new towels, no new soaps, garbage not dumped, it was like no one even bothered to check on our room. This was extremely irritating for the price we’re paying to stay here. The next day we actually made it a point to tell the hotel staff to clean our room. Which I think is ridiculous and should be a standard and NOT a request. Second gripe is you have to pay for parking. Most people coming to LA will need a vehicle so it’s assumed that people will need to park. Overnight parking is $40 plus $4 tax PER NIGHT. This is an extremely steep price and not known upon booking because this then raises the nightly hotel stay. This is too much for parking even to SF standards for hotel guests already staying in the hotel - which I would rather paid a higher hotel nightly rate with validated parking that way you know what you’re walking into and not surprised

Nice hotel good location and clean rooms - good food and drinks

Checked in and website (both orbitz and Westin) said the tubs are jetted. Our tub was not. The bathroom was dirty with mold, dirt and hair... the lamps and tables all had dust covering them. Room smelled as if there was a water leak (musty smelling).

Overpriced parking for guest. 40$ a night plus tax is ridiculous. Pool is also very small.

Close to LAX with long term parking And shuttle to the airport. The Daily Grill restaurant is inside the hotel with good food and happy hour. Great place to stay when catching an early flight. I’ll be back!

Stayed a night for transit and it gives the brand as it is.

Upon arrival, police and paramedics covered the front of the hotel. We had to enter through the rear garage. I asked the girl at the counter what was going on and she nervously down played it. After checking in, we were going to our room and the hallway reeked of marijuana. It was so bad that my wife had to put a towel at our door to keep the odor out. Not a pleasant stay.

Airport hotel. Not too far from main attractions. The only negative is the predictable and expected airplane noise.

First room we had on the 5th floor smelled like smoke. Staff was nice in relocating us to a new room. The new room was okay, little muggy. Will pick a new hotel next time.
