Charge an additional $46.20 for parking that they did not even tell you about. Had to call their finance department to find out. Terrible customer service on the phone, I'm never renting from them ever again.

The Westin is a big, modern, clean hotel. Next to LAX, there are frequent shuttles. The room was big enough, very standard with a comfortable bed. The gym is small but well equipped and maintained. The bar/restaurant is small. The staff was wonderful, pleasant, helpful, and competent. We needed a place with predictable (non blizzard) weather before a long trip; this fit the bill well.

The Wesrin was a very nice hotel with well trained and amiable staff.

Having Peloton bike in the gym and private studio is the most attractive feature for me

The room was nice and clean and even had complimentary water bottles which was really appreciated. The staff was nice as well.

When we went to go to bed - there was blood stains on the sheets and so many different hairs all over the sheets - it was so NASTY. We called Valet to get our car brought up after 3 minutes ringing no one answered the phone. We called back 5 minutes later - they said our car would be brought up - we came down and the car was not brought up and it seems no one got the message. Poor management - it is not a 4 star hotel - 2 stars - and very POOR MANAGEMENT

The Westin is a big hotel on Century Blvd. near the airport. It is large, has nice conference rooms, restaurants on the property, parking garage, work-out room and the like. My room with king-size bed was nice, but just regular size, not really spacious. Everything seemed clean except maybe the bathroom sink on the 2nd day. I heard no noise from other rooms and the TV worked fine. The bathroom has been updated with nice square shower head, which makes the water feel very soft on your skin. The bath tub is good sized, not too small. I liked the big mirror which was lit all around, and large make-up mirror on the counter. My visit was for the Hollywood Show, and sadly, the little cafe that served Starbucks was closed during the weekend. This was a huge inconvenience, as it rained the whole time. Some of the restaurant's food was very good, some was average or below. There was a discrepancy with the front desk about people who attended the Hollywood Show, and what the parking rates were for those in the hotel. A very nice front desk man was more than happy to accommodate me, while someone else did not. I was also charge a whopping $9.15 for one phone call using the room phone to see if I could find my cell phone in the room. I was not on the phone 15 minutes, but that was what was charged. Front desk would not take this charge off. Still waiting to see if it comes off. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and the location is good.

Bathroom tile and tub not clean, insufficient hot water and terrible quality of toilet paper

Was there for 6 hr layover. Staff very nice and room was very comfortable

Overall, an excellent stay. Thanks Westin. The staff was polite and knowledgable.

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff and a luxurious atmosphere. Only minutes drive from LAX and all of the car rental places.

It works. Place to stay that is clean near the airport. Parking at the hotel is super pricey. There are other lots w/I walking distance that are a fraction of the cost.

Very clean elevators worked very quickly temperature was wonderful easy in and out parking access great location near multiple highways and sports complex and variety of foods

Experience at the hotel was good for the most part but due to the maintenance of water line, had a bad experience with hot water at the hotel. Everything was good at the hotel but the hot water was a deal breaker for me, to have Luke warm showers and the sink water hotter then the shower but beside that was a great hotel.

Nice accommodations. Check-in was easy. The only gripe I have is that overnight parking was $40. Way too much for parking.

The experience was great for a last minute book I would use this hotel again
