Great location to visit various parts of LA. Rooms were clean. Beware of daily destination fee which is not disclosed when booking room. Destination fee offers free Wifi but free Wifi already if Marriott Bonvoy Member. You don't get much with destination fee, why not include into room charge for full disclosure?

Horrible Experience! Rude service, wrong room upon arrival sing| vs double. Gabriela rolled hers when I went back downstairs to guest services requesting the double I paid for in advance. Dirty room, Bath sink out of service, we had to leave the room for maintenance to snake the drain. Then upon checkout we received a $250 bill ALL FEES! Self-parking for $75/day, a destination fee $30 per day. Never Again!

Everything was fine, staff, accommodations, & service until I got the final bill. I made reservations thru Expedia which advertises rices include all taxes and fees and had no issue with earlier stays at the Westin LAX. However this trip they tacked on a $23.50 per day destination charge to the final bill totaling an extra $141 dollars to the bill.

At around 10pm we can hear drills, hammering coming from the room next door. It went on for about an hour till I had to call front desk to have someone come investigate. Around 11:30pm they finally stopped the noise. Me and my husband had to wake up at 4am so we didn’t get much sleep. I am very disappointed Not a good stay

Shuttle Bus Never Stopped At LAX... Needed To Take The Hilton LAXs Shuttle To The Hilton And Walk A Mile To The Westin. The Westins Shuttle Was Going By All The Boarding Area At LAX , Just Didnt Stop For Passengers To Get On The Bus.
