There was loud music in the hall or next door at all hours of the nite. Parking attendants had loud music and it felt unprofessional and very tacky. The entire vibe of the hotel just felt downright 2 star. Parking is very expensive. Breakfast is very expensive. All in all just felt very subpar. The check in process also was very bad too. They didn't even tell me anything about the facility: i.e. Breakfast, check in and check out etc.

Rooms - SO comfortable and clean - beds and bedding=amazing comfort. You can, of course, hear slight LAX noise (how can you not?) Hot tub a little on the "hot" side. Staff is what you would expect, all amazing and extremely accommodating with front desk on the snooty side (I've come to expect that).

Staff was polite and courteous! We were able to check-in early, all amenities provided were great. Overall exceptional stay near the LAX airport.

The staff was great and due to construction we got a free upgrade to a suite! Thanks Westin for making our stay comfortable.

Beds were amazing, hotel was clean and smelled nice, we had a pretty decent breakfast downstairs at the grill, affordable and close to the airport. Cons would be that you have to pay 35 bucks to park but the hotel gives you a ticket so you can come and go, but I still think parking should be included in your stay

I don't think a normal hotel room is worth $200.00 a night. It was clean, it is an older hotel. The kids had a good time in the pool and the workout room was nice.

Room smelled like an ashtray sprayed with Lysol. Opened up the tiny awning window all night and still smelled next day. Dried bloodstains on bathroom ceiling and floor. Hallway carpets buckled. Also charge $$ for parking.

Booked a 3-day stay through Orbitz and selected the price that includes breakfast! Guess what, the hotel didn't honor. They said, Orbitz normally disguises the price and there was a Gift Card to use it toward breakfast. This was only one-third the value of breakfast! Beware.

Too horrible to mention. I will never ever stay at Westin again!

Friendly staff, convenient to air port. No problem getting very late check in, and a later check out time. Clean and comfortable but hotel is starting to show some age; loose wall paper, dull bathroom fixtures, though an excellent shower system with both hand held spray and large rain type fixture above. Plenty of toiletries and fresh towels. Always leave a tip for the maids, goes a long way. Nice restaurant on premises and very nice people serving there.

It is nice hotel if you have to go to airport inearly morning Shuttle bus is availabke The staffs are friendly and helpful

Check in was a long wait. Front desk staff was indifferent. I was happy I was only in for the one night.

Good location and customer service. Checked in post midnight and find it hard to locate and turn on some of the lights and AC

Arrived late at night. Very slow check in. Front desk saff were tired.

there were no food after 12 o'clock midnight disappointing when you come on a Night flight I don't think I will return to the hotel

clean, super comfy beds

just another hotel

I don't think a normal hotel room is worth $200.00 a night. It was clean, it is an older hotel. The kids had a good time in the pool and the workout room was nice.

too much $$$ for a roadside motel type experience
