The Westin Los Angeles Airport

Quite basic for a 5 star hotel. Room was old but at least the bed was comfortable

Busy outside getting valet. Airport buses clogging things up. Once inside calm and soothing. Checkin smooth and helpful. Room spacious, clean and beautiful. Need bigger ice buckets if I am really going to enjoy this.

HUGE clean room, lovely robes, nice bath products, quiet space - LOVED our stay there.

Nice hotel nearby the airport. The hotel staff were ok not too friendly but not rude also. The room were clean and ok like any average three star hotel nothung fancy.

The room keys (both sets) demagnetized on a daily basis. Give our itinerary, this required late night visits to the front desk to access our room. To say this was an inconvenience would be an understatement. I kept my keys in my wallet with the rest of my cards, so I’m not sure what the problem was.

After receiving my hotel room keys at check in, the employee asked me, “So what time will you be checking out tomorrow?” That question threw me off because I didn’t think that it was necessary for them to know. Kind of made me feel rushed to leave. Otherwise, the hotel is big and pretty luxurious feeling. The beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness was on point. Because of the amazing space, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Overall stay was great. Always like staying at this hotel chain. Looking forward to staying here again.

It was a business trip. Westin is good hotel. Only shortcoming is breakfast. There is a few things to eat. No bagel. Small toaster serving to 10 people.

We were very comfortable. Beds were extremely nice. It was convenient to the airport. We would use this hotel again.

last night before flying out the next day, very convenient to airport. Very nice people, only drawback you have to pay for wifi.

Location is great. Valet is super crazy expensive with self parking just as crazy. WOW!. But check in was a breeze and the Valet team were very nice. No option but to pay too much either option. Room was smelly but I arrived late and was simply too tired to go back down and complain. If I had I'm sure they would have maybe moved me. Bed was super comfortable. So comfy nothing else mattered. Slept great. I've stayed here before but can't recall getting a musty smelly room before. I would stay again if the price was right. But I would pick up my rental car the next day to avoid that extra 50!

Could not believe how slow the check in was, seemed to be in line forever. If they did this in Vegas no one would ever gamble. Other than that the staff was very courteous and the overall hotel was excellent.

First let me start by saying that this may be listed as a 5 Star Hotel but having stayed at many Hotels from 1 to 5 Stars I will be safe to say this is "not" a 5 Star Property, Parking is $35 for self parking and $47 for Valet parking, Parking structure is adjacent to the Hotel, I believe Las Vegas Hotels are charging for Parking now days days but nothing even close to this, now if you want WiFi which in many 5 Star Hotels is "free" (not here) it will cost you "unless" you are privileged member :-( I am not, the rooms are old and dated, the maybe 40" TV sets on the corner of the room and is nothing close to the center of the Bed, the Hotel is close to the Airport so please expect Airport noise (loud that is) not to mention the noise from the AC Fan which sets right next to the bed, lucky me I stayed while it was nice and cool so I went ahead and turned the AC off as it was not needed but I can just imagine if it was one of those Hot Summer nights, might not have had a good night sleep, so in conclusion, expect extra fees, Parking Garage is adjacent to the Hotel but will need to walk, expect extra fees for WiFi, expect AC and Airport noise, room not as comfortable as 5 Star Hotels usually are.

Hotel is a good choice, especially if on the 11/12 floor. Next time I would only want a room that is not facing the runway. Airplanes taking off are somewhat annoying but did end late in the evening.

not worth the money spent, only reason why so pricey because near airport. big deal in my opinion. not near any good restaurants

There was loud music in the hall or next door at all hours of the nite. Parking attendants had loud music and it felt unprofessional and very tacky. The entire vibe of the hotel just felt downright 2 star. Parking is very expensive. Breakfast is very expensive. All in all just felt very subpar. The check in process also was very bad too. They didn't even tell me anything about the facility: i.e. Breakfast, check in and check out etc.

Rooms - SO comfortable and clean - beds and bedding=amazing comfort. You can, of course, hear slight LAX noise (how can you not?) Hot tub a little on the "hot" side. Staff is what you would expect, all amazing and extremely accommodating with front desk on the snooty side (I've come to expect that).

Staff was polite and courteous! We were able to check-in early, all amenities provided were great. Overall exceptional stay near the LAX airport.

The staff was great and due to construction we got a free upgrade to a suite! Thanks Westin for making our stay comfortable.

Beds were amazing, hotel was clean and smelled nice, we had a pretty decent breakfast downstairs at the grill, affordable and close to the airport. Cons would be that you have to pay 35 bucks to park but the hotel gives you a ticket so you can come and go, but I still think parking should be included in your stay
