This is a nice, chic hotel super close to Melrose/ Hollywood/ Rodeo Drive/ the Grove, etc... nice lounge for drinks, pretty pool that is lit up nice in the evening. Loved that I was offered a glass of champagne at check in!

My company hosted an event at this hotel and the staff and space could not have been better. We had around 65 people and the venue was perfect. I️ want to single out an employee that I️ met during lunch and I️ interacted with over a couple of days. Clarence introduced himself to my colleague and I️ at lunch and made sure we had an enjoyable lunch. He wanted to make sure that our stay was going well, not knowing we were hosting this event. He was involved in a happy hour event we did and made sure again that we had everything we needed. He always was smiling and you could tell he enjoyed his job and making sure that everyone in his hotel was taken care of. Hats off to Clarence and the others I️ interacted with over my two day stay. This is a great hotel with newly renovated rooms. Great property, great people. I️ will stay here every time I️ am in this area.

This hotel is in a decent location, within walking distance to rodeo drive and several top notch restaurants. Not a super buzzing area and it's a bit on the quieter side and not the nicest of city views. The hotel itself is very clean with updated décor and a nice bar and pool area. The Club lounge offers full breakfast and snacks/drinks all day long for gold and above Marriott members which was a big plus on those hot LA days. Their service was great, very attentive and always welcoming. Overall a nice place and would stay there again.

Great hôtel very confortable. 10 mn walking from rodeodrive. 5 mn from restaurants on Beverly south drive and from a supermarket.very well In a big town as los angeles Around mainly houses.quiet area. Great swimming pool, Never overcrowded. Very helpful staff. View on the town or the boulevard ( not Noisy) Restaurant and bar. Service at the swimming pool Très bon hôtel très bien situé. Proche de restaurants sur Beverly South drive et d un supermarché (pavillon). 10 mn à pied de rodéo drive, 5 mn des restaurants et du supermarché. Lit Américain très confortable. Vue sur le boulevard ou la ville. Coté boulevard pas bruyant

Although hotel was nice, looks can truly be deceiving. Not sure if our bed had bugs or ticks but this place is not for me. I guess I shouldn't of had higher expectations from Beverly Hills or at least this side of town. If you say you're rooms are renovated, then get new mattresses, not just change the bedding.

I stayed here because of the location. However, I had many problems with my stay. When I first arrived, my room was not ready yet. When I received the keys and access to my room, there were issues with my room and I had to pack all my belongings and be moved to another room. The other room had many issues as well... could not shower due to leak, restroom clogged and overflowed, smell of smoke, and could not sleep at night due to noise. The staff was very nice about it, but they were completely booked and could not move me to another room. No compensation was provided. For the price paid at such a high rate plus fees / mandatory valet parking and a prime location, one would expect to sleep well and be able to shower.

I only visited this hotel on the lower level where there is a lounge area and restaurant/bar. The hotel's lobby is right next to it. At least this level of the hotel is quite swanky. The area of Beverly Blvd. on which it resides is kind of a non-happening location. But once you're inside, they have done a beautiful job of a modern decor and ambiance that is quite upscale. We were able to easily find some beautiful sofa areas to meet. There was a bit of a challenge getting delivery of a drink from the bar to the sofa area, but that's the only issue. The front door lobby workers are professional and welcoming.

I love love love marriott properties, from all the chains I always receive an amazing experience. Front desk staff was phenomenal, bed is sooo comfortable I want to take it home for my bed. Room kinda small but works, quiet and comfy.

This hotel may have a Beverly Hills address BUT it is definitely on the OUT SKIRTS of BEVERLY HILLS. It is not really within walking district of anything one would really want to go to. It is a drive to the major malls and it is just in a confusing part of the town. My first impression of the hotel was not very good because as I was being dropped off… with all of my luggage, there was no one at the doors to help me. As I awkwardly tried to open the door I had to yell into the lobby to have someone come over to help me. (Needless to say, I was not happy!) Check in went much smoother as Nicole at the front desk helped me. She was professional, friendly and apologetic for the bags. I so appreciated that. She also offered me a glass of champagne which didn’t hurt! Once in the room, I was pleasantly surprised at the size. It was very spacious with a couch that ran the length of the window. It was a room on the “Pure” floor so we had a humidifier in the room ( I am not really sure what else “Pure” meant) the bedside nightstands were designed in such a way that they had extra room to hold things. They also had USB and plugs (always great) There was a room refrigerator, extra table and nice mirror. The bathroom was unique in that it had a singular sink on one side, and counter space and mirror on the other. I LOVED IT! It meant more counter space that was not hindered by the sink! While it didn’t have a tub, it had a large shower with a seat and the BEST water pressure I have ever had! The rest of the hotel was nice. The pool area was inviting with lounge chairs and soft seating areas. There is a bar and restaurant onsite. The restaurant seems to be understaffed both morning we dined there. The first morning it took 20 min to get an order of scrambled eggs and an omelet. The second morning NO ONE greeted us or even said Hi until I was ½ done with breakfast (I helped myself to the buffet) The cups, and silverware on the table were dirty (sent them back) and several of the plates at the buffet were dirty (people kept moving them to the side) No one was apologetic or even seemed to care! There was also an incident with our room. The sheets on the bed were the wrong size and kept coming off of the bed. I couldn’t take it anymore so I called the front desk around 9:00pm…. It took housekeeping 3 times of coming and leaving the room to get the correct fitted sheet… by this time it was about 10:00.. I called the front desk again to let them know how long it had taken. All I wanted to do was sleep in my bed without being curled up in an ill fitted sheet! Again.. NO ONE Apologized for this inconvenience! I would probably not stay in this hotel again! There are too many other hotels IN Beverly Hills with just as nice of rooms and better location. It is a BUMMER though because this property does have a lot of things going for it… Unfortunately, the BAD OUTWEIGH the good.

Arrival and reception were very good. As ever, the staff were all very helpful. The room was fine. However, the compulsory valet parking cost was outrageous and every time you wanted your car back you had to tip the guy who fetched it! We had paid in advance and yet we were charged again for our room - Money which we then had to request back. In a hotel of this supposed calibre one would expect the staff to be able to prepare checkout documents correctly. Food very costly. The grab and go breakfast was $10 and on the day we left the guy with the key to the cupboard was not on duty so most of what should have been available to 'grab' wasn't!!
