Don't let the name fool you. It may be called Beverly Hills Marriott, but it's just not that great. Overall it seems a bit run down. And their operations are a bit chaotic and confusing. There are employees everywhere, and you really can't go anywhere without running into one or two constantly. Check in was a bit slow and strange. I had checked in with the mobile app and for some reason they couldn't find it. When I finally got my room key, I went to my room to find that the maid had not cleaned it. The manager was really good about it, put me in another room with an upgrade, which I appreciated very much. One thing I don't appreciate about this Marriott is that they charge $39 a night to park your car here, on top of the 300+ a night you're spending care for a mediocre hotel. Overall, I probably won't return to this location.
My stay at this hotel was a wonderful change from my first hotel in Marina Del Rey. The place is beautiful and clean and right in the quiet part of Beverly Hills. The restaurant is nice and the pool is enough for most. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious with lots of storage and great views from the 12 th floor. The club lounge had a really nice spread of snacks and its open 24/7. I really liked the containers of candy for late night treats. Valet parking was a breeze and every employee i encountered was very friendly
There were many things to like about this hotel: Excellent valet service, very nice reception on arrival (yes, champagne), and a Platinum upgrade... to an OK room. The decor is very masculine / dark with tones of Beverly Hills/Miami in shiny fabric. Not sure what to make of it. There was no desk, but a bistro table that serve the purpose for a laptop. Excellent Delta shower head - amazing what they can do with a water-saving device. Bathroom toiletries lacking somehow. Coffee in the room is OK if one makes 1/2 cup. The lounge was OK. Not memorable. An espresso machine would be such a nice addition. The location is not in Beverly Hills proper, just south of it. So when you set your rental car GPS, don't look for the address in BH.
Beautifully decorated modern hotel. Beds are extremely comfortable. Swimming pool with outdoor patio with fireplace. Great food even tho the menu is minimal. Business Services. Some of the most friendly helpful staff I’ve encountered in awhile.
Beautiful hotel, nice service, great lounge, perfect location, really nice rooms. Near rodeo drive, great breakfast. Nice comfortable beds and great shower. Very pleasant experience. Friendly staff, lots of parking, heart of Beverly Hills. Kid friendly
Stayed one night for a business trip. Solid Marriott. Seems like it was recently updated. Clean. Has a "retro" vibe. Regular and USB plugs everywhere in the room. The bathroom has a second, large mirror, which was nice. The room could have used a little more light and my room (516) had no desk so I had to do my evening emails sitting on the bed. Not a big deal, but providing all the relevant details. This Marriott has the newer "Fresh Bites" room service. I am not a fan. You order off of a limited menu and your food comes in to-go containers. Not nearly the quality of the classic room service the hotels used to offer. Generally a good Marriott if you are in the Beverly Hills area. Enjoy.

I recently completed a 5 night stay at the Beverly Hills Marriott. The hotel is well located in South Beverly Drive, just a short driving distance to the famous Rodeo Drive. Everything looks clean and fresh in the hotel, but i did find the rooms and especially bathrooms to be rather small. One major gripe i had was with the type of shower head installed in the shower. There were very few holes allowing water to come out of the shower head, which made showering slightly frustrating. The staff were all very friendly for the duration of my stay and the Valet Parking was efficient. The Beverly Hills Marriott represents good value for money for those visitors to Los Angeles who wish to stay close to Beverly Hills and Hollywood. Los Angeles is a large city with plenty of traffic to deal with, so choosing a hotel which is close to the main attractions is imperative.
I was a bit disappointed with this Marriott. The rooms were quite small for what you pay. We were heavily disappointed with the size of the rooms. I was not offered champagne as the below guests say they were. I was impressed with how great the valet worked! They were always very quick and efficient! The lounge was great but breakfast is limited. There was yogurt, fruit, smoked salmon, apples, bananas, etc. The coffee machine was also a great plus!! We will likely not stay here again but I would recommend it to someone willing to pay these amounts and be a bit far from many of the activities.
Love this place. I travel a lot for work and I can always count on the Beverly Marriott. Clean quiet rooms and the best, friendly helpful staff. Great AC too. Can’t say enough good things. It’s not cheap but nothing is around here.
