Very dirty no ghouskiping service no breakfast.......,

Beautiful place, convenient valet, Excellent staff at both dinner and breakfast. Menu and Food options were awesome! 5 Star Food! Beds comfortable.

The hotel was way overpriced for the experience. The rates went up every night!

The ac was not working properly. The pool was closed due to a private event , which was very disappointing.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Beverly Hills area. The staff are wonderful, and the room was great. The hotel is walking distance from Beverly center and Beverly connection. Again, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I very much appreciated the concierge lounge for Silver Elite and other Marriott club members. It was open 24/7, offered a fine breakfast and the rest of the time had drinks, coffee, and snacks available. My room was quite comfortable and the HD TV was a welcome diversion.

When reserving, I asked them to check in at 11am and they said they would make sure the room was prepared. When we areived, the room wasn’t ready, so we had tonwander around in the area. I gave my number and asked toncall when it was ready, but didn’t get any calls for 3 hours and evetually got to the hotel to claim the room. Very dissappointed.

I stayed here because of the location. However, I had many problems with my stay. When I first arrived, my room was not ready yet. When I received the keys and access to my room, there were issues with my room and I had to pack all my belongings and be moved to another room. The other room had many issues as well... could not shower due to leak, restroom clogged and overflowed, smell of smoke, and could not sleep at night due to noise. The staff was very nice about it, but they were completely booked and could not move me to another room. No compensation was provided. For the price paid at such a high rate plus fees / mandatory valet parking and a prime location, one would expect to sleep well and be able to shower.

This hotel is conveniently in the middle of LA. 10-20 minute drive from just about everything. Staff here was top notch! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will be staying here again.

No complaints, will definitely be staying here next time I'm in LA. The overall look of the hotel and rooms were very clean, and the staff were really friendly, really enjoyed my stay.

The lobby is nice .. Hotel room is nice. However the room service is odd. All room service is served in a "box" with a canned or bottled drink. Overall it seems this is more of a residence inn or less expensive Marriott standard and not what I would expect for this price. I have stayed at the higher rated Marriotts for ten years and it seems this one should have not been classified as a high end hotel. They do have amenities, a nice gym, etc. But I felt strongly they did a lot to cut corners at this hotel.
