Did not like the mandatory valet.

From the moment you arrive on property, staff makes you feel like a priority. We were greeted ar every turn by kind and courteous staff. The property is immaculately clean, absolutely beautiful, and exceptionally comfortable. Staff assistance is prompt. Our room had every comfort and convenience, and was large, light and bright. I loved every minute of our stay. I cannot recommend the Beverly Hilton enough!

We requested early check-in and were told it was accepted. When we arrived, we were told it was only a 'request' and that as the hotel had been fully occupied the night before, they could not give us the room early, even though checkout was three hours earlier. At other times at other hotels, I have been told they could not honor an early check in request due to particular circumstances, which I understand, but this is just poor management and weak customer service. Also, the room, while clean, was in need of some minor maintenance.

I was disappointed the pool wasn't heated. My kids would have loved to swim. Parking is insanely expensive (~$50/night) Room was small but clean. Food in the hotel was average and very expensive but staff were very kind. Which the TV had ability to access netflix acct.

I really can't tell you what was unique about the property because they overbooked the hotel the night I was there, and put me up across the street in the residence Inn. They of course didn't notify me of the change until I had already valeted my car and shown up and at their front desk, which wasn't really the news I was looking for at 10:30 PM

This hotel is in Beverly Hills, but it certainly didn't have Beverly Hills amenities! There wasn't a microwave in the entire hotel for 4 days of our stay. Someone sat a glass in the hallway the night we arrived and it stayed there for 4 days before housekeeping saw fit to remove it. No room service, we saw hair in our room from the previous people that stayed there. Horrible experience! No recommendations coming from me at all....

As soon as we entered the room it was really cold so I turned the Heat on. It was not working. I called the front desk and someone promised to help which of course never happened. So I turned the shower hot water and let the steam warm up the room. Then I was able to get in the chilling sheets.
