The stay was great. The only downside was the room service which was terrible. The front desk staff was very apologetic about it and promptly removed the charge.

It was great the staff was friendly and the amenities were amazing.

Check in was a breeze. We arrived later in the evening around 9:30. Room was ready & waiting. Staff was very pleasant. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bellman denied the smell. We were in a rush to go out to eat, so we didn't give it much thought. On arrival back, we found out parking was 49.00 a night! Why? Luckily, we found a parking garage up the street that charges $16 a night. So we parked and had a short walk back. We got back to the room & the smell was still there. Too tired to complain, we crashed for the night. Turns out the smell was coming from the vent in the bathroom. The towels near the vent wreaked of it. We had a 7:30am event which lasted all day, so once again we arrived back late & too tired to complain. On our check out, the front desk did apologize & wanted to make things right. So overall, we would stay there again, I would be sure to check out the smell before staying in any room & I would self park up the street.

Great experience, checked in around 8:00pm and had a good meal in the restaurant. I have a request please; can you email me a receipt of my charges.

Closets are too dark. Staff should give an explanation of how to turn lights on in the room, which is too dark in general. So dark, in fact, that places to charge devices are invisible.

Everything was wonderful about this hotel but the size of it. We stayed for about 5 days and when you are staying somewhere for that long u kind of expect something better. But overall customer service and food was wonderful. And if you are visiting to go to Disney or universal this location was in the middle for everything so that was a plus.

Drove up luggage not handled by staff. Had to ask and them it was after arriving at elevator with my luggage in hand. Asked for a ride to local resturant and was told 45 min wait driver on lunch break? Attempted to pre scheduled ride to accomodate dinner reservation and was denied. Horrible service and poor attitude would not recommend this hotel.

it was great! it smelled good every time i walked in and the ushers were very nice as well. The housekeepers were very friendly and did an excellent job! The room looked very nice when we walked in from a long day.

Overall a good stay; bed a little hard for my taste, but I like really soft mattresses.

Great Location.near LA live. And theater. The staff was very friendly and genuinely seemed that they true care how your day or event went. Never had to open a door while entering hotel...

You will feel rejuvenated after staying here for one night. Food is wonderful so save space for dinner and brunch!

I easily found the hotel off the freeway. A breeze to park and register. Stayed two nights and remained in hotel. I appreciated the proximity to MOCA even though I didn't have time to visit it. The staff unfailingly helpful and friendly, the best. Even though the hotel is large, it has a surprisingly intimate feel and getting from one area to another is quick and easy due to layout. Room service fast and friendly. Also excellent waitstaff in Grand Cafe. The front desk is the best I have encountered. IMPROVEMENTS needed (can't fit in box below): Phone on nightstand didn't work. Had to go downstairs to front desk to order room service. When I returned, I found a second working phone on the desk. I did not find the subtle sign to electrical outlet on the nightstand until morning I left so I had used bathroom outlet. Bed mattress very strange. When I sat on edge of bed, it kind of collapsed like an air mattress and I had to be careful not to slide off. The morning of departure, housekeeper in adjacent room kept knocking on wall, I assume to hurry me up. I don't think cleaning involves periodic wall hits and it didn't happen the first morning. The easy chair too far from tv. Couldn't watch tv from bed due to the squirrelly mattress. Finally, first night the room was stuffy, I assume due to being closed for a time. The second night the air in the room was fine

Very friendly staff and overall fairly nice Hotel, but the Lobby was too small and disappointing.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The restaurant has lots of nice food with good environment and atmosphere. The location is not very good as I heard. Downtown is busy in the morning and quiet at night. For me, I think the location is fine. Walt Disney Concert Hall is gorgeous. The view is so so but still acceptable. The parking of the hotel is expensive so I park my car at the other parking lot nearby.

hotel is nice but not worth the price. parking is only valet parking and a rip off $48, not included!!!

Everything was wonderful about this hotel but the size of it. We stayed for about 5 days and when you are staying somewhere for that long u kind of expect something better. But overall customer service and food was wonderful. And if you are visiting to go to Disney or universal this location was in the middle for everything so that was a plus.
