The hotel was perfect for our family with spacious room and great view. We hopped on the rail down to the central market for dinner that was right next to the hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming even to our kids. We will be back again.

This is a really nice hotel; the first time we stayed downtown. The convenience is nice with lots to do that's walkable. The Grand Market is across the way via the Angel Flight train. I wish there were more dining options inside the hotel that had quick meals to go. I was disappointed in check in and anytime I needed to speak to the front desk. They were constantly short staffed which made everything a long wait. The front desk seemed frustrated when asking them about anything. They were busy so that didn't help. Overall we would stay here again.

Property was in prime location for activities downtown LA. loved the car service that is built in to reservation. the pick up and drop off was great to have when attending activities with limited parking. didn't have to worry about getting my car from Valet each time I went out. front staff very attentive as well as other services. great hotel. would definitely stay again.
