Loved this hotel. It's so beautifully designed. I stayed in a classic suite. The bathroom was nice and big, super comfortable bed. The staff cleared the refrigerator for me and stocked me with decaf which I requested in advance. The front desk was so helpful when I called ahead to confirm my stay and I felt very taken care of. Hotel is also super conveniently located walking distance from grocery, Target, Gold's Gym, H&M, Zara and tons of food options. It is on a very busy street which can get loud at night but I had earplugs. The only complaint I have is that the shower did not get very hot. Staff was incredibly nice. Would likely stay here again in the future if I needed to be downtown.

The property has a unique & hip vibe. Lots of contemporary art as well as respect for the history of the hotel established almost a century ago. The pool is great. Framed by a pretty mural of leaves trailing up the back wall of the building. Great location if you have an event in DTLA!

the Hotel is centrally located and has been refurbished and modernized. A beautiful boutique property.

I like amenities and the style of the hotel. My guest Yoko like guacamole and chips. Only wish valet parking was cheaper.

This is an amazing hotel with a wonderful staff who really try to help you at every turn. However there were several issues that arose during my short stay that I think have to do with everyone moving too quickly and trying to get a lot of things done in a short time. When I got there, the carpet in my room was filthy, the TV didn’t work, the coffee maker didn’t work, and it took my entire stay to get all of these problems resolved. That said the deluxe rooms are beautiful and spacious, and are cleaned to a very high standard. The bed is very comfy, and at least on the upper floors it’s very quiet if you want to relax. The restaurants in the hotel are also wonderful with great service and great food. I had the dine LA special which included a starter, main and dessert. But the regular menu also has many choices and the bar has some good snacks and light meals. There’s also a beautiful pool area which unfortunately the weather was too cold for me to take advantage of but it was nice to sit outside and relax as well. For business travelers I would say the downside is there’s a great desk but no desk chair so it would be difficult to work on your laptop in your room. Resort fee includes pool access which is kind of odd as many places with pools just let you go to the pool but it does include a deluxe continental Breakfast. But as with many hotels, the customer service very much outweighed the problems I had with the room and I would absolutely stay there again.

Everything was amazing! Atmosphere, food, service and cleanliness. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel has a great vintage vibe and is in close proximity to Metro, Staples Center, LA Live, many restaurants and shopping as well as freeway. The rooms were nice and clean, but the lighting could be brighter in bathroom so you can put makeup on. I would stay at this property again.

Loved the art, the music, and the food. The hotel was beautiful, and staff very friendly

We absolutely loved our room . Beautifully decorated, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfasts in the lobby were delicious and the setting was beautiful. Hotel is just a block from the Grammy Museum and close to a variety of nice restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Excelente servicio y atención al cliente en todos los niveles del hotel

It was an older hotel, pool and restaurant were great along with customer service. Didnt like the layout of the bathroom right in front of the beds, with a gap in the door and mirrors reflecting back. Room coulda been a little bigger, weak blow dryer.

Great hotel, like an upscale Kimpton! Very friendly and helpful staff.
