The hotel was like a through back, very pretty decore. But very clean and the staff was amazing. The off site parking was just across the street and was not bad at all. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a nice stay for 3 nights, the hotel has a cozy vibe. Thumbs up would stay there again.

This place smells so bad it was uncomfortable the rooM was mediocre the bathrooms where small very horrible experience! Very disappointed in this dirty hotel!.. The employees where great they deserve a 5 star ⭐️

For us, the location is perfect. Walking distance to many of the Korea Town shops and restaurants that we like to go to.

Hotel staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and I love the happy hour mingle.

I love the staff and friendliness of the staff! The rooms were clean and the bed felt great! They did have wine tasting which was nice but the breakfast was very basic. Only bagels coffee and juice. Other than the breakfast- this was a great hotel in the middle of everything!

Breakfast choices are terrible, there are no amenities to use

It was like stepping back in time, beautiful, well cared for. I especially loved the 'very old, threadbare' large carpet in the center of the large room where you enter, that made it authentic. Rooms not large, but very comfortable with frig, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer and very comfy bed. Staff were amazing, always there for the slightest need. Very friendly over the phone as well. Helped us sign-up for Uber as well. Greeting us at the door, and welcoming us in or out. Love, Love, Love this Hotel. Cassell's next door was great as well, delicious food, lively atmosphere.

I loved the continental breakfast and the wine hour. The staff were nothing but kind and considerate. The hotel is well kept, especially for a historic building. Would highly recommend this to friends and family! I plan on being back in the future!

Great hotel! Clean and convenient location, great diner on ground floor. Very comfortable beds

I didn’t like the location and how all the facilities were separated from each other . The breakfast good be better for the extra charge

Cosy, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Unlimited water is provided too

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was okay - typical cereal, oatmeal, toast and coffee. The room was a bit cramped for four people though. I also liked that guests could refill water container! Next time I would stay without a car to avoid the valet fee.

This is a landmark hotel located close to Hollywood and downtown LA. It lies in the Koreatown area and there are many restaurants within walking distance as well as shops.

very convenient location, good continental breakfast included, real glass and ceramic water pitcher, glasses, mugs. refrigerator but no freezer. staff not sure about room thermostat and fan settings or public transportation fares, etc. but very friendly and tried to provide help. shower but no tub. plenty of towels, face cloths, soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc.. the only hotel i've ever stayed in where the key card worked absolutely every time. didn't try the complimentary wine or sit down at the 1/4-grand piano. accessible electric outlets.

Hello, Thank you very much for writing such a great review! We were happy to be of service to you and delighted to know that your stay went well. We take pride in making sure our valued guest receives our award winning services and enjoys the comfort of their accommodations. In regards to our continental breakfast, not only do we serve bagels, but an assortment of pastries, cold and hot cereals, flavored yogurts, fresh fruit, (whole and cut) muffins and a variety of breads and spreads and more. Yes, I will admit it is pretty basic, but our continental breakfast is meant to be a quick morning meal for those on the go and having a complimentary breakfast option in a hotel with a full-service restaurant is not usual. With that said, maybe there are ways we can spruce it up and would love to hear more feedback (contact information below) on how we may improve our breakfast options. I was please to also note that you enjoyed our Wine reception and the location of our Hotel. We look forward to having you stay with us again very soon! kind regards, Eric Lackey- Guest Experience Supervisor
