House is fully remodeled with an indoor/outdoor open air aesthetic. Window walls with large sliding glass doors and screens fully open each living space on to outdoor decks and patios. Have dinner inside outside of the living room while watching movies or sports on projector with surround sound. Chill in the front yard around fire pit with 4 independent charging stations for laptops/phones/tablets. Have a romantic soak for two in primary bedroom private patio. Two dog doors that allow dogs in and out on their own to enjoy the large yard.

Great experience! The host was very quick to respond to any question before or during our stay. The property was every bit as good as the pictures- the outdoor space was big, private and had great amenities: gas grill, lots of seating, blankets, fire table, picnic table with built in power source for charging. All bedding and towels were snow white, the towels were thick and plentiful, and our bed and pillows were really comfortable. Walking distance to grocery stores, farmers market, good places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing amd quiet retreat. The home has everything you need. And sits on a great corner lot with hedges to give you privacy. The Sonos Soinds system was amazing (so download the app before you stay), and it has zones for outside, inside, etc. great different preferences. The outside seating was abundant and it was awesome to sit on the wrap around deck every morning to soak in the sun while sipping our coffee.There’s and outside tub and inside shower, a very California vibe!!! The projector was great to watch a family movie on and chill on the nice big futon couches. There’s a high tech toilet complete with European cleaning system ;) don’t worry, not your thing, you can turn it off. The beds were super comfy and each room had a separate heater/fan just in case you don’t want to turn in the central air, or need a little extra. We used ours as a white noise machine. The neighborhood is very safe and people are Friendly, lots of dog walkers all around. And beach is straight down the street, less than 7 mins away. Parking right at the beach (pay), super easy, then you can walk down to the Venice boardwalk from there, less than a mile from parking. Great food all over down there too. Try Washington Square for amazing pizza and service. Lastly, Rad is a super amazing host; need something or something not working, just let him know, he’ll take care of you. Can’t wait to come back!!!
