Staff at front desk not too friendly...could use some customer service training. Water in room is $7...ridiculous. No elevator. Pillows all down, no variety. Otherwise, convenient location, quiet...would probably stay there again

The hotel is in a good position for walking to bars & restaurants in Westwood Village. Clean , Tidy rooms with comfy beds. All the staff were lovely. I would recommend.

Very clean and nicely appointed modern look. Our room was quite tiny but nicely set up. Mattress had a sloping collapsed in feel to one side. We loved that we could bring our dog. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
Great boutique hotel if you want a break from the big chains. Service and staff were great and the room was very nice. Highly recommend. I was moving my son to LA to attend UCLA Law and the location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to UCLA. We were visiting for Bruin Family Weekend. Please be aware that there is no elevator. The staff was very professional and helpful. Our only issue was that it was a little noisy. There was a lot of street noise and I could hear the other guests through the walls and those walking in the hallway. The rooms were very comfortable. Plenty of room for the three of us.
