Airport Shuttle service does not work. Waited almost an hour and a half at LAX in the cold , wind and rain. The service desk kept telling me the driver would be there in ten minutes. They will tell you there is no set schedule. For a hotel listed as an airport hotel, the shuttle is a necessity. The failure is unacceptable. The shuttle is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The room door key card did not work each time we tried to enter. The water pressure in the shower is poor On the positive side, the room, while dated, was clean and comfortable and quiet. I would not book this hotel again.

Front desk person was excellent, way better than the Westin near by. I wish I had catch his name. The room was a little rundown and didn’t feel super clean but it was good enough for one night until our next flight. The restaurant downstairs had a really good food. Shuttle to airport runs every 30 min and was convenient. Overall it was all good for what we needed.
