Easy fast check in but bathroom was dirty there was hair in the tub. Very convenient shuttle service.

Some areas have been remodeled and they look nice and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. However, the carpet on the room was wet and it look dirty.also, another customer was able to open my room with her key in the middle of the night!!!

Parking was dodgy but doable. The main issue is the deposit equal to the reservation price. Warning to online purchasers. I will not stay here again because of this. I paid my price already, I do t need to pay it twice when I’m on vakay and have budgeted funds for that purpose...even if it is refunded in 3 to 5 business days AFTER!

Basically a nice room. Staff was always friendly and welcoming. However, the room keys would fail each day and need to be reset. The wifi did not work. I reported it but nothing was done. You could see the two Access Points close to our room were turned off. Breakfast was not included, and cost $17 for buffet food lesser quality than Dennys.

Clean rooms equipped with all essential amenities. Hotel had a modern look and feel inside the rooms. The location is convenient as a overnight stay hotel near the hotel if you do not care too much about the traffic and surrounding.

Paying for parking entrance to hotel was hard to locate

First impression was excellent. I was checked in cheerfully after 25 hour travel from SE Asia. I asked about breakfast and was told where and when to partake. I asked for 7am wake-up call. Received 0105 wake-up call, much to my horror, as well as 0700 call. Packed and went to breakfast. Was told breakfast was not included in my reservation so I would be charged. Asked to speak to manager, who said the meal would not be charged. Checked out and was told I would be charged, but I explained the situation and was not charged.

I think the water heater needs to be improve taking a shower with cold water is not really pleasant specially in the morning. Staff will knock on our door 11am everyday and open it. do they know that someone is checked in those rooms? My key card is not working i have to call the maintenance to open the door for me. Napkin box is used from the previous customer.

Tried to call front desk many times from airport for questions about shuttle and no answer. Did not feel safe outside hotel. Room was old and dingy. When I booked I thought we got breakfast but they refused

The internet speed on the 6th floor was apalling, .03mbt download speed and .02 upload speed which is slower that the old dialup days. Not Good.

Have to pay for parking. Breakfast should be complimentary.

easy in and out, would stay again. Courteous staff, good food, good rooms. Easy check in and out.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean. Shuttle service was very convenient .

New rooms just redone bed fantastic all great. Mcdonalds out front and great concierge to help with 5 heavy bags.
