A good price. The hotel is convenient. I recommend it.

I only stayed in L.A overnight so i did not stay long.but i did sleep comfortably.

It is very close to LAX. Airport shuttles run every 20 min and it is very convenient to use this hotel for transit. The room is very clean and staff are nice.

The hotel and staff are great, one person gave me a water bottle when I was looking for a vending machine. Very Nice! The shuttle service needs to up their game as we had to wait a long time at the airport. One person had waited an hour for pickup. That was not good so that needs to be addressed.

I booked the through Orbitz and they didn't tell you it was going to be a $100 deposit. So when I got there I had to go all out of my way to find the closet bank to add money to my card. The only problem I had was getting in and out of parking lot. The room was clean, but the tub was missing paint in the inside of it.

For someone who doesn't travel as often as I should, I was unexpectedly pleased and surprised with this hotel. The lobby area was clean and the front desk staff was very helpful despite all my questions. This looked more like an upper tier hotel in my opinion. One of the only problems I had was that the tub slowly drained but it wasn't necessarily a problem because I wasn't in the room very long. The beds were comfy and room was quiet. The Southwestern salad from the hotel restaurant was delicious and McDonald's is a few feet away if you want to eat there. What more do you need? Great experience and if I'm ever in LA again, I will surely stay here.

My mother and daughter and I checked into this hotel at 10:30 PM on October 8, 2016. I was greeted with decent kind staff, when I got up to our room the room was nice and clean and the beds work decently comfortable. As soon as we got settled in we had 10 minutes to order room service which we did. My mother and I ordered the Tuscan chicken sandwiches and my daughter ordered the pulled pork flatbread. That arrived to us by 1115 to 11:20 PM. My mother and I ate our chicken sandwiches while my daughter only ate about three pieces of the pulled pork flatbread we watched a little bit of TV and went to bed by 12:30 AM. I awoke to the sound of my daughter vomiting at 4 AM. She had a mild to moderate case of food poisoning Francis the pulled pork flatbread. My poor little thing was stuck to the toilet for a day and a half vomiting with severe diarrhea. The diarrhea and vomiting was simultaneous so as you can imagine we could not even leave the hotel. When I went down to talk to management I was greeted with condescension and indifference it took me an entire hour just to get a minimal discount to stay the night again which was a forced day due to their lack of quality in their room service kitchen. The morning manager was more concerned about the hotel then the condition of my daughter. I didn't had to do an incident report and give all of my information so their hotel lawyers could call us multiple times to make sure we were not going to sue them.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Comfortable room. Only an overnight stay to see doctor.

The room was decent for an overnight stay the carpet \ room had a wet smell to it and the carpet was stained. There were dirt wine glasses in the hallway right next to my room door I let one of the maids know about them and ask her to remove they were still there the next morning when I checked out. Not sure I would stay here again for the price of the room and the location.

Clean and nice room for a short stay in LA except for that overnight parking is nor for free and it is very close to the airport.

Very bad wi-fi connection very slow, no fridge in the room, not enough possibility of dining near the pool,

We came in for the long weekend. The hotel was close to the air port.

Staff is great especially the shuttle driver. The experience was good.

Stayed 3 nights, for 2 of the nights had to call front desk because key card would not work, wear & tear on items in room. I was in nonsmoking section but someone was smoking in my floor that I had to request a room change for the third night. Remote control did not work on second room.

The room was great, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. The feel of it was almost like I was home. When ever I had a question or requested something it was always answered or resolved in a timely manner. The staff was great, they were very kind, whether I was leaving or coming back to my room, the staff was very friendly and greeted me.
