We tried to check in at 3.50pm but guests were being told the rooms weren’t ready yet and there would be another 20-30 minute wait. We were able to get our room at check in but there was a very long check in line and house keeping needed more time to turn over the rooms from the previous night. Everyone seems to be understaffed these days and I get it; but by 4pm at the very latest, rooms really should be ready to go.

I loved the pool area and the different dinning options too.

Very clean well managed property with friendly an accommodating employees.

There was a Starbucks inside which was super convenient, they had there natural shampoo, conditioner, and body gel just incase you forgot to bring your own, there was a really good amount of towels and wash clothes, and overall ever staff was super friendly and helpful.

Just a phenomenal place. My fourth stay here and I consider it my home away from home when I’m in LA

This is my third stay there in four months. Absolutely the best place to stay in Burbank. I’ve come to know everyone by their first names, such as Chris, Jacksen, the bar servers , and Jaelin, who works at the front desk. People, the food and the ambiance make this place a “ must -stay”

I liked that is very close to the airport . The bedroom was clean I just feel the pool was too small for the property And also the room size was kinda small

Very expensive, plus they charged additional for parking (which was not even close to the hotel), staff was less then friendly, almost rude. Didn't even offer water. Room carpet was stained, bathroom was leaking water from toilet tank.

Great location, close to universal studio. Lots good near by. A little outdated . Beds where good , very comfortable.

Overall it was a good stay, the staff is extremely friendly. The room wasn’t the cleanest.

I did like the shuttle driver and security guard - both very nice and helpful. The bartenders at both restaurants were friendly and nice. The room was very tiny and way too hot. The inside area entrance from the convention center to the hotel smells like cat pee. The food selections get boring after a couple of days. None of the soda machines were working. I wouldn't stay here again.
